    Introduction:

The issue of efficiency of a field in the higher education system has always been a mental concern of officials in different countries. In advanced countries of the world, before establishing a field, extensive research is done on the educational content or applicability of the field for society and its job creation position, and as from the scientific research and meetings and Many conferences are held in this field, it can be guessed that this process is not carried out as it should be in our country. It seems that university courses are first approved in Iran's higher education system and after a few years when its graduates had problems, efforts to improve its situation begin. Meanwhile, a large number of young people lose their lives and capital, and there are many anomalies caused by unemployment after graduation. Therefore, careful planning and labor market needs assessment regarding the establishment of a major will not only create employment and capital circulation in the country, but will also bring peace of mind to families and society. In the book Higher Education and Employment System, it is stated: "In advanced countries, as people's education increases, the unemployment rate also decreases, but this reverse trend has turned into direct relationships in Iran, so that half of the unemployed in the society are graduates of universities and higher education centers" (Khodadad Hosseini and Baharif, 2014, 31). In the advanced countries of the world, they teach their children employment skills from childhood. The social, cultural and economic conditions of the society are such that when that child reaches the age of 18, he must start his independent life. But the cultural, social and economic conditions in Iran are such that most children grow up very dependent on the family, and this is the reason that after graduation, even though they are at a high level scientifically, they cannot find a suitable job compared to other countries. In fact, they don't have the courage and self-confidence to do the work, that's why they look for the easiest way, which is employment in government organizations. This is despite the fact that most university courses require entrepreneurship, and this is where the type of education at the university level and the culture of raising children in the family and the culture of the labor and business markets are all involved in creating a flawed period. It is important for organizations to increase productivity in order to attract educated workers. This is despite the fact that, for some reasons, educated employees in Iran have not been able to perform their role well and change the traditional work environment, and therefore the low productivity of human resources is one of the factors of economic growth in Iran" (Khodadad Hosseini and Baharif, 1384, 19).  Therefore, it seems that such fields that require entrepreneurship in our country have a low yield in terms of employment share and capital turnover. Increasing the amount of education almost always increases expectations. The meaning of expectation is both financial expectations and social expectations, such as respecting the academic status of educated people, but according to the statistics of the International Labor Organization (ILO), in developing countries, in fact, instead of unemployment of graduates, we are facing their underemployment (Yakoubijibli, 2016). One of the reasons for these inefficiencies is the increase in expectations. Unfortunately, students usually do not meet the behaviors and benefits they were looking for after graduating and looking for a job, and this causes them to be disappointed and dissatisfied in doing work that is below their expected level. The bachelor's degree in carpet design is one of the branches of art, and it seems that this field could not be established by the authorities with proper planning.. According to records and documented field studies, from the time of the proposal to establish this field to the approval of the Ministry of Science and Research, it was not more than a few months, while the prevailing logic in educational structures dictates that for the establishment of a field on which the future of a large number of young people as well as the country's economy depends, more time should be spent on research and programming of the offered courses. This issue can be understood from the level of employment of graduates and their career success, as well as the holding of various meetings with issues related to the challenges that have arisen between the relationship between the university and the carpet market and employment. According to the points that were mentioned, as well as the traditionality and economic dependence on the market in this field, which has been passed on experimentally and from generation to generation (unofficially) for many years, it seems that in the country, the organizations that are suitable for this field and the number of its graduates do not have defined duties to take advantage of the potential of its graduates. All over the world, the good carpet is known by the name of Iran. Therefore, the officials and professors of this field decided to make this art and craft university in order to preserve it, and this field was approved and approved by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology on 1/3/1374, and on 20/12/1374, the syllabus of its courses was published by the Ministry of Science, and from October 1375 AH, students were accepted by the leading universities. But it seems that problems have appeared gradually after graduation in this field. While studying at the university, graduates of this field think that they are the best in their field of work and will find a suitable job after graduation, but when they present their work to the market, they realize that their plans are different from the so-called market plans, and this is where they get confused, and from this point, the necessity and importance of research in this thesis shows itself.

Since the researcher of this text is a student of this field, Graduates of this field have touched the handwoven carpet market directly and one of his concerns has always been that why carpet graduates with a design orientation cannot communicate with the handwoven carpet market. While the designs of hand-woven carpets available in the market of hand-woven carpets are to the extent that graduates can easily handle it. Therefore, this concern and need formed the initial thought of this research. For this reason, in this research, the obstacles and weaknesses in creating this two-way relationship between the needs of carpet design in the market and the ability of carpet design undergraduates are to be identified and solutions to solve it as much as possible. Therefore, one of the main goals of the researcher of this thesis is to investigate the issue of what is the relationship between the university and the handwoven carpet market? And if this connection could not be established, what are the leading deficiencies and the reasons for its failure? And can things like; The traditional nature of this field, its experimental nature, the lack of proper lesson planning for a carpet field with a design orientation, the lack of experienced professors to teach in universities, the lack of interest of students in this field, the lack of willingness of the experimental factors to work with the educated class, the lack of work of the students themselves during their studies or after graduation, and so on. whether or not it is considered as the upcoming shortcomings in this field, although it is believed that this problem has a cultural aspect in addition to the scientific ability of the graduates, and the culture that takes place can hardly be corrected. Trade or in other words the buying and selling of handmade carpets has had its own market culture for many years and it is a bit difficult to establish a formal and systematic relationship between the traditional culture of the market and the university.

For this purpose, the researcher first cites the research that has been carried out in line with this thesis and describes the history of science and art, the educational system and its goals, the introduction of various art disciplines, the history of hand-woven carpets and design, the history of the establishment of various organizations and organizations. Art or related to carpets, as well as definitions of culture and economy in carpets, as well as by referring to the statistical community of handwoven carpet producers and graduates of this field, it tries to clarify the positive and negative points in this subject. Chapter 1 (general research) 1-1 Statement of the problem, the necessity and importance of choosing the subject: The history of carpet weaving in the world can be related to the beginning of civilization in human societies, that is, since the time when man knew that the earth was cold. And full of thorns and thistles, it cannot rest
