    Introduction:

History has always witnessed battles and tragedies that have arisen due to the rebelliousness of the human soul. Yesterday, the sound of swords and today the roar of all kinds of war weapons have raised demons who either have not been educated or their education was not accompanied by the refinement of the soul, so the role and valuable position of the teacher should never be ignored. A teacher has a serious and valuable trust at his disposal, and he must be trustworthy, because he plays an important role in the education of children in the home environment and as a political-social leader, and conditions must be provided for the teacher to fulfill this important task of the society itself, and the valuable role of teachers is also mentioned in the Holy Quran, and Nahj al-Balagheh compared the price of a teacher to heaven. The best programs and the richest educational content will not be effective without the presence of experienced and motivated trainers, so it is possible to increase the motivation of the individual in order to avoid wasting time and wasting potential employees. Today, the relationship between the motivation and efficiency of employees and organizational efficiency is very important. (Ganji 1376, p. 23).

In recent decades, it has been emphasized that education is the basis of social, economic, political and cultural development of every society. Examining the effective factors in the development of societies shows that all these countries have had powerful and effective education. A look at the history of nations also shows the fact that their flourishing and shining times were parallel with the growth and dynamism of their education and training systems. From

On the other hand, nowadays, human education is considered one of the most difficult, delicate and fruitful tasks of human beings. They describe it as a prestigious and time-consuming task, among which teachers have the highest role and are considered the starting point of educational and educational transformation. All countries need effective and motivated teachers as one of the main pillars of education so that they can nurture their youth in the form of their education system and equip them for a better future. (Teaching Hosni, 1378, p. 14)

Rapid educational developments dramatically reveal the need for extensive capacity building of teachers' minds and greater understanding of the complexities of education and training, and arouses their desire to increase their professional knowledge. (Behrangi, 1384, p. 22)

In recent years, the importance of examining motivational factors in teachers' behavior in order to solve the educational and training problems of countries has become more evident than in the past.

Most experts consider the recognition of motivational factors in teachers as one of the important factors for a teacher's adaptation to his own job, and they also emphasize that if a teacher is motivated enough If he attends his work, his level of performance increases. (Tedris Hosni, 1378, p. 20) and according to the researcher's opinion, in this case, he uses new educational methods with more motivation. In other words, the current conditions and situation do not support the professional activity of teachers, as a result, the education system is in general disorder, the result of which is numerous shortcomings, including academic failure as a prominent example. Trying to correct such a situation without paying attention to the professional growth of teachers and creating motivation to achieve and implement new teaching methods is futile and futile because teachers have an impact on the progress of educational activities more than any other factor.

In today's complex world, no one needs education and training. Today, working in school and learning has become a huge part of people's lives, it is no longer possible to look at the student and his education in the same way as in the past, because without understanding the lesson material, fear and anxiety caused by the exam and the blame of teachers and parents always caused them to hate and run away from the classroom and the educational environment. (Saadati, 1378, p. 35)

In the past, the goals of education and training were exclusively aimed at transferring the experiences and information of the predecessors to the new generations, the teaching process was implemented in a teacher-centered way. But with the developments that took place gradually in the Middle Ages and later and the attitude towards children

the views of educators towards the education process changed and the teacher-centered thoughts gave way to child-centered education and training. The introduction of new teaching methods and their application alongside traditional methods, the inevitable and widespread use of educational tools and the scientificization of evaluation methods are the most important consequences of these developments, the changes that have occurred in education and training systems at the global level.

Teachers, in addition to learning from eminent personalities, must gain knowledge and understanding of new principles and methods of education and training in order to be successful and affirmative in their work today. We should only enter the classroom by relying on having a diploma or a bachelor's degree or higher, because knowing the students and being aware of the teaching process is the first need that every efficient teacher should feel. Therefore, it is necessary that we take advantage of the latest achievements of advanced education systems in order to progress and excel, in sync with today's world. (Anderson [1], 1377, translated by Amini, pp. 10, 11, 16) and our society also loses billions of Rials of the country's capital every year in this way, and considering that the traditional and inflexible methods of the past have a lot of involvement in this matter, and also in this regard, the role of the teacher in preventing this decline is vital, and considering that the acquisition of new sciences and arts is possible through the use of modern educational methods, and the teacher plays a fundamental role in achieving this goal, therefore knowing the teacher and discovering his needs and motivational factors can be effective. The new teaching process should cause the dynamic and growth of the learning system and the efficiency of the education system, and also considering the relationship between teachers' motivation and students' performance and that a motivated teacher brings a motivated student, this question is raised, what are the strategies and factors that motivate teachers? According to Razavi 1373: "Given that various surveys show that a person who does not have enough motivation towards his job and does not feel satisfied with it, always suffers both himself and others until the last days of his professional life; Especially if it is a teacher, it will cause behavioral, emotional and educational disorders in students.

According to these fields, we decided to study the ways to motivate teachers to use

new educational methods, and in the meantime, there are questions such as: Is there a difference between the opinions of teachers regarding the ways to increase the motivation of teachers to use new educational methods? Is there any significance?

Is there a significant relationship between the level of education, organizational and environmental factors (human relations with managers and employees and the existence of facilities), material and spiritual factors of job, age, gender and work history, and methods of creating and increasing motivation in teachers? Let us answer.

The importance and necessity of research:

The effectiveness of education is largely related to the effectiveness of teachers. In fact, without the approval and acknowledgment of teachers, even the best and richest educational materials are forgotten in the archive shelves. Therefore, in order to fundamentally improve and improve the quality of students' education, it is necessary to examine and study the process of teaching and the effectiveness of teachers in classrooms, and in the meantime, paying attention to the motivational factors of teachers can be placed in the priorities of this study. To lead teachers in such a way that intellectual independence, social responsibility, the power of initiative, free thinking and dozens of other qualities are created in students in a sustainable manner. Such a thing, without having career motivations, can be one of the very important and determining goals of increasing teachers' motivation in the teaching process and the efficiency of the education system.
