    Abstract

Obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), which is one of the anxiety disorders, is a behavioral and personality abnormality that, since long, various aspects Human life has been affected by its direct and indirect effects. The content of these obsessions, which reflects the concerns of people in every culture, has mainly had a religious aspect. Regardless of the causes, obsession is basically an abnormality and deviation from the balanced cognitive, behavioral, customary and religious criteria, which has a gradual and progressive nature; It means that it is very mild in the beginning and it is not considered a disease. But with the passage of time and rooting to the depths of the human psyche, its mental and physical paralyzing effects appear, and this is when the patient takes the risk seriously and takes action for treatment, which of course is too late and will involve many problems and costs.

In this research, the religious roots of obsession have been discussed from a different perspective, and the effect of the expression of religious rules and orders in creating obsession has been emphasized. In the following, the possibility of matching the methods of treating obsessions in psychological treatment methods with the measures provided in Islamic jurisprudence and religious teachings to deal with this disorder has been investigated. The results of this research showed that, firstly, in the eyes of religious people who are bound to fully comply with the rules of the Sharia, the fear of the invalidity of their actions and their lack of acceptance in the presence of God is a factor. The anxiety that causes a person to get rid of this anxiety, and to find certainty about the correctness of his action, obsessively turns to acting based on caution and doing and repeating the details that are explained in the messages of rulings, as a condition for the complete faith of the action; And secondly, it was found that the Holy Law has provided rules and principles for the prevention of obsessive injuries and its treatment if necessary, which are effective in prevention and treatment, as well as treatment methods, in psychology and psychiatry. Also, this research proved that by using the measures thought out in Islamic jurisprudence, it is possible to return irrational and incorrect cognitive beliefs that shape and manage extreme and obsessive thoughts and behavior in a believer and religious person, and return them to their original path and make the person's personality and behavior balance once again.

Key words: obsessive-compulsive, caution, doubt, certainty, obsession, anxiety, recognition of behavior therapy, jurisprudence rules. rtl;"> From a psychiatric point of view, obsession is a recurring and disturbing thought, opinion or feeling, which is a self-conscious and repetitive behavior and ultimately leads to the occurrence of compulsive behavior in humans. Obsessions have various aspects and are divided into two main types: intellectual obsessions such as obsessions with beliefs and practical obsessions such as obsessions with purity and cleanliness, each of which has its own signs, roots and consequences. If these people are not treated, they will find a more deplorable situation and will continue to live an unpleasant and unpleasant life.

Obsessional disorder is a chronic anxiety disorder that can affect the obsessive person's entire life for a long time. But despite being difficult, various treatment methods such as: psychotherapy, drug therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and personal meditation can help to treat and resolve this disorder.

Among the questions that have been the focus of reflection and thought in this research regarding the various aspects of obsession, the following can be mentioned: How can obsession be prevented by applying the principles and rules of jurisprudence? Is obsession the same act of caution or is it a different category? Does the obsession with spending money on the format and preliminaries of worship make them richer and heavier, or on the contrary, it makes them weak from the inside? What are the ways to prevent obsession? Has Islamic jurisprudence provided a special treatment for those suffering from obsessions? Aren't some of the jurisprudential issues and rulings raised in the edicts of rulings, themselves, in some way, the basis for and instigator of obsessive thought or action in the debtors who are biologically and psychologically prone to suffering from obsessive-compulsive disorder? And finally, can the science of psychology help the jurist to express the rulings related to the subject and content of obsessions (rulings of purity and impurity, acts of worship) in such a way as to block the way to the emergence and emergence of obsessions, and to eliminate them if they have appeared? It is an obsession; such as the recognition of temptation and obsession, the causes and factors of its emergence, the numerous effects and consequences resulting from it, jurisprudence and rules predicted in order to prevent the occurrence of obsession in Islamic jurisprudence, its treatment methods in terms of medical science and psychiatry, psychoanalysis, traditional medicine, practical and cognitive treatment solutions provided in Islamic jurisprudence and religious teachings, as well as examining the close relationship between the type of understanding of the philosophy of worship and the occurrence of obsessive behaviors in people, as well as knowing and understanding concepts such as Impure, pure, sin, reward, caution, doubt and certainty and the effect of the way these concepts are perceived in the formation of temptations in the religious and the religious, and finally proving the compatibility and coverage of psychological treatments and preventions with the preventive strategies and treatments provided based on jurisprudential rules that are considered as the basis for issuing rulings related to this disorder and forced disorder.
