    Field of research:

Socialization is a process that flows throughout human life (1) during this process, which is the result of the interaction of the person, the environment and interpersonal communication (2) people and opportunities they find; learn the roles, values ??and positions necessary to participate in social organizations. The process of socialization begins with learning the norms and roles of the family and its subcultures, and during this process, a person adapts himself to the members of a group and to the specific culture of that group (1). It is a process during which people acquire their personal identity and acquire appropriate social values, norms, behaviors and skills related to a profession through knowledge, attitudes and skills and internalize a sense of identity and commitment to a specialized field (4).

Chau[1] considering the importance and role of the professional socialization process; He emphasized the need to have a basic framework for the development of specific areas of this process and mentioned the following areas as the main sides of this framework: a) The area of ??valuing and recognizing the profession: Professional socialization in this area means understanding the rules and principles that preserve the integrity of the organization. b) The field of work skills: that is, each person learns the tasks related to his job. c) The field of interpersonal communication: it emphasizes the role of interpersonal interactions and communication in the process of professional socialization. d) The field of management and organizational policies: it emphasizes the individual's success in obtaining information related to formal and informal business relationships and the power structure within the organization. Recognizing the content and content of professional socialization leads to clarifying the relationship between the areas of socialization and the results thereof. For example, people who are fully socialized in the field of management and organizational policies have a higher chance of advancement and advancement than people who are not properly socialized in this field. Therefore, if a person gets a high score in all areas of professional socialization except one, he may face a big problem, so the person may do his job correctly and communicate well with others, but the failure to learn organizational goals and values ??poses a big challenge in the path of that person's career development (6).

In the health system, which is based on human resources, nurses constitute the largest group of service providers. Therefore, their professional competence plays an important role in fulfilling the mission of this system. In this sense, in this era, one of the concerns of health trustees in different countries is the level of professional competence of nurses (2). Since professional competence is a process that occurs during interaction with others and relationships Joint work is formed and requires understanding and recognition of roles, values ??and behaviors related to a new profession or social group that a person achieves through learning and internalizing them (1).                                                                                                                                 Therefore, it can be acknowledged that the phenomenon of professional competence/professionalization is not only one of the fundamental concepts of nursing (7), but it is also considered a part of the process of "socialization" of the profession and should be strengthened and stabilized during the education period (2). Because a nursing student with professional socialization can obtain the necessary commitment in this profession and act like a nurse by solving problems and observing the necessary regulations and critical thinking (2). Investigations related to the professional socialization process of nursing students indicate that the first and most sensitive stage is when a person as a nursing student enters their educational environment or internship environment (7). In this regard, Din Mohammadi states; Professional socialization is the desired or unintended consequence of the educational process and the processes of the work environment (8). Therefore, it constitutes a vital aspect of the development of nursing students. He adds that this process begins with the entry of people into the nursing education program and continues with the completion of the nursing education course and entry into the work environment (1). In this way, the formation of nursing as a profession takes place through the professional socialization of nursing students. Therefore, it is necessary that the process of professional socialization, when the new graduates start their work start as a nurse in a health care center, should be taken into consideration. Because this will affect the stability of the organization, commitment, job satisfaction, effective communication, agreement with colleagues and their interests(9). In this regard, the most important positive consequences of the professional socialization of nursing students are the acquisition of professional identity, adaptation to professional roles, professional and organizational commitment and, as a result, improving the quality of care for clients(1).

In his study, Shahim cites the lack of knowledge of nursing students to enter the clinical environment and fulfill their professional role as one of the causes of adverse reactions in their physical and psychological dimensions (2).
