Dissertation/Dissertation Summary: The purpose of this research was to investigate the effect of hypnosis and physical training on the acquisition and memorization of the skill of a wrestling bend. The method of this research was semi-experimental. 92-93 were studying. From this population, 45 students who had high visualization ability were selected and randomly tested in three experimental groups. Experimental group 1 was given hypnotic induction in 7 sessions of 30 minutes, which was given in the field of sports techniques, concentration, more relaxation and fatigue relief. In experimental group 2, physical training was given in 7 sessions for 30 minutes, which included the skill of a ship bend. Experimental group 3, in 7 sessions of 30 minutes, 15 minutes of hypnosis and 15 minutes of physical exercise were performed. The imaging ability of these subjects was homogenized through the MIQ-R questionnaire. In this research, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics (correlated T-test, analysis of variance with repeated measures and Tukey's post hoc test) were used to analyze the data. The data analysis showed differences in the acquisition stage. There is significance, and the combined training method is superior to other methods, and the physical training method was superior to the hypnosis method in acquiring the skill of a single bend, but this difference was not observed in the memory test, and at this stage, no significant difference was observed between the groups of physical training and hypnosis, but it was found that the combined exercise of hypnosis and physical training led to better results and better learning of the skill of a single bend.

    Introduction:

One ??of the fields of sports science that in recent years has improved the quality of athletes' performance and recorded better records and their excellence in competitions is the science of sports psychology. Sports psychology as one of the branches of physical education and sports sciences tries to answer questions related to human behavior in the field of sports.

To improve the performance of sports skills and ultimately sports success, which is the goal of all coaches and sports teachers and athletes. In addition to physical aspects and biomechanical principles, psychological factors also exist and should be taken into account. Sports psychology uses the findings of psychology to study motor behavior and pays attention to motor learning and performance, and examines psychological factors affecting learning, performance and motor skills. they do They use different stimulants and sedatives according to the situation. Coaches at all levels get help from psychological methods such as emotion control, mental imagery, Chinese goal, inhibition of thinking, concentration and increasing self-confidence to help athletes perform better.

A method that has recently attracted the attention of sports psychologist researchers is the study of the effects of hypnosis[1] on the performance and learning of athletes. When the athlete is in a hypnotic state, the concentration increases, the state of attraction and trance occurs, the concentration decreases and the awareness of the environment as well as the susceptibility to suggestibility is created for him. If the athlete is properly guided in this state, he can experience an increase in performance improvement. and have tried to clarify the nature of hypnosis, but still the mental perception of people and even many students and academics towards hypnosis is an impractical one, and although researchers have answered many questions so far, there are still ambiguities and contradictions that make it necessary to conduct more research in this regard.

    Statement of the problem:

They believe that mental skills are needed to create and maintain optimal sports performance (Hardy and Nelson [2] 1989). Psychologists use different methods to control and improve psychological factors affecting learning and performing sports skills in practice and competition.Psychologists use different methods to control and improve the psychological factors that affect the learning and implementation of sports skills in practice and competition. One of these techniques that can be psychologically calming is hypnosis. They believe that with the help of hypnosis, human behavior can be studied in a practical and controlled way (Pohart and Todd[3]). According to Kaplan and Sadok's psychology book, hypnosis is a therapeutic method that by changing the state of consciousness and using the three components of concentration, distraction and reducing environmental awareness, puts the audience in a situation where the process of hypnosis can be used on the patient (Sohrabi 1388). Hypnosis, like mental imagery, is a cognitive behavioral process, which has perceptual (related to cognition) and motivational (related to motivation) functions. Hypnosis has been used to improve the way athletes think about themselves, their performance and learn new skills, and in feeling motivated, hypnosis has been used to control emotions, reduce anxiety, increase or decrease arousal, and increase effort.

Psychologists are gradually abandoning the idea that hypnosis turns people into strange, passive and domineering beings and replacing this belief that hypnosis should be resorted to in order to create natural behavior and reactions. They are gradually convinced that with the help of hypnosis, human behavior can be studied in a practical and controlled way (Pohart and Todd [4]). Changes in voluntary and involuntary muscles, organs and glands, five senses, and changes in the brain region such as blood flow in the brain region, cerebral cortex, and brain waves, which are observed in athletes in addition to normal people, and the changes created have been effective in improving their sports performance (Williamson [5] et al., 2002).

Psychologists believe that visualization and relaxation when combined together They will have a better effect on performance. Now, in order to increase the efficiency and performance of athletes, the use of hypnotic trance that gives a person more time and concentration to bring all the movements and competition in his mind can be effective. Hypnotic and the Practice Physical Effect on Acquisition and the One Bend Skill in wrestling sport. The method of this research is sub experimental. Sample statistics in the research were students of Imam Reza University that studied in second semester 92-93. The population were selected 45 students with high illustration ability then randomly, they study in the three experimental group. Hypnosis induction about sports techniques such as concentration, relaxation and reduction of fatigue was given for the experimental group 1 in 7 sessions of 30 minutes. Physical exercise by skills such as one blend was given for group experiment 2, at 7 weeks to the 30 min. experimental group 3 had 7 sessions of 30 minutes, 15 minutes of hypnosis and 15 minutes of physical exercise. Illustration ability to make equal by MIQ-R inventory. Analyzing data in this research done by methods of descriptive and inferential statistics (paired t-test, analysis variance with the size of repeated Tokay test). data analysis showed there is a significant difference in acquisition phase and combine exercise was better than other exercises and physical exercise was better than hypnotism to one blend skill but the difference did not observe in learning test and in the phase, there is no difference between physical exercises and hypnosis groups although we found that combine Hypnosis and physical exercise had caused better learning for one blended skill.
