    Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between stress and job satisfaction in Naja physical education employees. The statistical population of the research includes 586 physical education employees of Naja, which was the total sample size and equal to the population size. The measuring instrument of the research was two questionnaires. The job stress questionnaire, which includes 20 questions, and the job satisfaction questionnaire, which has 40 questions, have five options with a Likert scale. Also, questions related to the general characteristics of employees were added to the beginning of the questionnaire. Descriptive statistics were used to classify the raw scores, such as frequency percentage, cumulative frequency, and drawing graphs and tables, and inferential statistics (Kolmogrove-Smirnov, Spearman's correlation coefficient) were used to determine the normality of the data and the relationship between stress and job satisfaction of Naja physical education employees. After the analysis, the results showed that there is a significant relationship between stress and job satisfaction from the point of view of Naja physical education employees. Also, job stress had a significant relationship with the amount of salary and benefits, the type of work of officials, promotion opportunities, relationships with supervisors, but not with relationships with colleagues. There is a significant relationship between multi-occupation with job stress and job satisfaction of Naja physical education employees; Also, there is no significant relationship between occupational stress and the age of Naja physical education workers, but there is a significant relationship between the work experience of physical education workers and occupational stress. Based on the findings of the research, the design of a stress-reducing structure at all levels of physical training of the National Security Agency will be effective in improving the satisfaction status of this organization, and in this regard, the managers of the National Security Agency's headquarters play an important role. rtl;">

    Chapter One:

    Research Plan

    Introduction:

Organizational people face various internal and external factors and constantly And their bodies and minds are affected by various factors and are gradually worn out. The physical wear and tear on the organizational human body is clear and can be easily diagnosed and treated. In this regard, organizations should raise the level of tolerance of their employees so that they can neutralize the impact of various stressful factors and face less tension. Increasing the tolerance of employees against organizational tensions will save time, energy and energy of employees and will increase individual and organizational productivity.

People today endure more and more intense mental and physical pressures compared to people of yesterday. Today's living environment has become so complicated that many people cannot resist it. Various pressures and from different dimensions are imposed on people today. One of the most important sources of this pressure is people's jobs. Since people spend most of their daily time in the organization, if the environment of the organization and the nature of its jobs are stressful, it causes irreparable damage to the person's body and mind, such that compensation for these damages requires spending a lot of time and spending huge amounts of money. Therefore, considering the importance of the issue of job pressures in the organization, in this collection, an attempt has been made to define concepts, definitions, models, and ways to deal with stress. and be presented May this small effort be effective in helping the managers and employees of the organization.

    Statement of the problem

In today's noisy and stressful world, nervous pressure is known as one of the pests of human resources and is one of the main topics and organizational behavior. is Unfortunately, stress has become an integral part of human life. The destructive effects of nervous pressure on individual and social life are quite evident, so that a group of organizational behavior experts have considered stress as a common disease of the century (3).

Stress is a word that originally means pressure and force. In the physical world, when a pressure is applied to something, it causes an action. It disrupts the stability of its internal components and creates a tension [1] in it and causes it to react. In engineering, it is said that when the applied pressure is greater than the object's resistance, that object will disintegrate and leave its existing state[2]. Psychologists and other stress experts also express that the accumulation of life events (transformations) that disturb the adaptation of a person to his current situation causes stress.

In another definition, stress is defined as a psychological and physiological reaction to a significant imbalance between environmental needs and the ability of people to overcome them (60) Greenberg and Baron (1995) stress are defined as follows (stress is a pattern of emotional states and physiological reactions and occurs in situations where people perceive threats to their important goals that they may not be able to achieve (48).

Although different definitions of nervous pressure have been presented. But the common ground of all these definitions is that the cause of nervous pressure is the existence of a physical or psychological stimulus that a person somehow Khas reacts to it (10), but according to Fred Lutaz (1997), the macro pressure factors of the organization are (55):

executive strategies and policies, organizational plan and structure and organizational processes

    working conditions [3]

various definitions of Nerve pressure is provided. Ivan Savage and Mattison (2001) define psychological pressure in a simple language as the effect and impression of the organism and the environment, but immediately add a detailed practical definition to it as follows. This effect and impression is a type of adaptive response that is realized through the mediation of personal characteristics or psychological processes. That is, it is the result of any kind of external action, situation or event that puts a person in front of special physical or psychological demands (51). People's worries about work, family and children, social problems, economic situation, organization's expectations and expectations from employees, technological advancement and fear of information and information becoming obsolete, are all factors that cause stress in people. Managers and employees are one of the most vulnerable groups against stress. This group, which has many responsibilities and has undertaken to fulfill the goals of the organization, is influenced by the organizational environment and the social environment, and if they are attacked by stress, its negative effects will quickly appear in the organization's performance. Moderate stress in many situations leads to increased productivity and can be pleasant for some people. But higher levels of stress can lead to physical and mental problems. Some of these problems include: decrease in job satisfaction, abnormality, unpredictable behavior, moodiness, decrease in communication, delay and increase in individual illness (61).

No organization can achieve a high degree of productivity, flexibility and adaptability. Unless it benefits from the help of healthy people, physical education and sports play a constructive role in the health of society members, vitality and social vitality, flourishing of talents and increasing life expectancy. The police force of the Islamic Republic of Iran is not an exception to this rule, because NAJA is one of the most active organizations in the field of public sports and championships, therefore it is necessary to pay attention to the correct management of this organization's sports and to create suitable solutions to reduce stress and increase the job satisfaction of NAJA physical training employees.
