    Abstract:

One of the strategies that has recently received attention in most countries of the world is management and planning. For the development of tourism in the areas that have the necessary potential to expand this industry. Sports tourism is a branch of tourism that is formed from the two sectors of tourism as the largest service industry in the world and sports as one of the large and important industries in the current world and many people around the world are employed in it. Chabahar port, as the only ocean port in the country, has many natural potentials, tourist, cultural and historical attractions, and with its four-season climate, it is considered as one of the favorable areas for sports tourism. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of native and local sports on the development of tourism in this city. In this regard, the current research is descriptive-analytical. The statistical population consists of 320 managers and sports experts of Chabaharand city. A questionnaire was designed and given to the sample people. The obtained results were analyzed using SPSS software. Based on the results obtained, it was found that with the expansion of local sports, holding sports competitions, holding local and local festivals, developing sports infrastructure, developing local infrastructure, and holding scientific conferences, they have an impact on the development of tourism in Chabahar region. It has penetrated all the societies of the world and produced very positive results from various aspects. Today, the best part of people's free time in various societies is dedicated to tourism. Therefore, it has a great impact on various aspects of contemporary humanity's life. Tourism has completely affected the world economy and is an important source for the prosperity of the economy of developing countries and establishing financial balance in the international economy of poor and rich countries and it changes social life by creating various jobs and raising the income level of large classes of people. Therefore, the tourism industry is one of the largest industries in the world (Yaqubzadeh, 2018). The impact of tourism on politics/culture/customs and the summary of all aspects and cultural and spiritual manifestations of tourists and people of the visited areas is very significant (Kachbian, 2013).

Basically, economic development in any country requires investment in various economic sectors and activities of that country, and without investment in infrastructure and superstructure projects, one cannot expect to expand employment, production and economic prosperity (Shakri and colleagues, 1385). Today, tourism is considered one of the most economic activities in the national cycle of countries, especially in terms of employment and foreign exchange and the prosperity of different regions, which in addition has the advantages of communication, political, cultural and special international influences. For this reason, most countries in the world that have rich cultural heritage and natural areas use this activity as a strategic tool in economic development (Esadi et al., 1389).

Our country, Iran, has a very diverse culture and ancient history, and it is one of the richest countries in the world in terms of antiquities from the most historical periods of human civilization and culture, and even prehistoric times. By establishing a relationship between culture and tourism, this treasure can be turned into a good source for attracting domestic and foreign tourists, because the ancient culture of our country is made up of many components and elements, among which we can mention the Persian language, customs and national holidays, literature and mythological characters, Iranian architecture, ethnic diversity and Islam, and different religions and religions. This diversity seen in ancient Iranian culture and civilization can be turned into a valuable asset and attraction for our country in terms of tourism, with proper planning and management, because culturally, Iran has high tourism capacities (Shams, Amini, 2018)..

Despite the fact that our country Iran has a very diverse culture and ancient history and is one of the most capable countries in the world in terms of tourism industry. It cannot be denied that there is currently no foundation for the tourism industry in Iran. Today, experts in the field of tourism believe that tourists pay more attention to the welfare issues and facilities available in that country than to the variety of historical attractions. Today, in the leading countries in the tourism industry, along with every natural tourist attraction, dozens of unnatural attractions have been created, including various recreation centers, various local and indigenous sports and games, amusement parks, etc.; But in Iran, it is clearly seen that there is no codified and reasonable planning for guiding tourists; And it can be stated that the main problem of the tourism industry in Iran is the lack of necessary foundations in this field. Although Iran is the birthplace of historical, cultural and natural attractions, these attractions have not become tourist attractions (Kachbian, 139).

According to the latest report of the World Travel and Tourism Council, in 2011, Iran earned 30 thousand billion rials in income from foreign tourists, and at the same time, Iranian tourists spent 274 thousand 311 billion rials in Iran (Jam Jam, 2011). According to the report of the Statistics Center in 2010, the main destination of domestic trips to Isfahan province in the spring and summer of 2010 was 2,647,019 people; And according to the same report, the number of trips and overnight stays of the trips made in the two seasons of spring and summer to this province is 7581975 overnight stays (Statistics Center, 2013). Sports tourism has grown a lot in the last few decades. Today, the tourism industry is among the top 4 income-generating industries in the world after the oil, chemical, and automotive industries, and due to the upward development of global communications, this industry has a favorable environment for further progress (Chopankare, 2018). One of the types of tourism that is very popular and used by the people of the world and has enjoyed the highest growth among different branches of tourism in recent years is sports tourism. In a general definition, participation in various active and passive sports movements and the organization of commercial economic factors from the country of origin to the destination country and the trips that occur in between are called sports tourism (Jaafari, 2012). Also, a sports tourist is a person who visits a sport of his choice as a spectator in competitions such as the Asian Games, World Games, and the Olympic Games, or who wants to participate in sports events (Pour Pelkouni, 2012). The Olympic Games and the Football World Cup are examples of these huge sports events that cause a huge flood of tourists and sports lovers to enter the country where the competitions are held. The attractions that can be mentioned in sports tourism are: sports venues such as stadiums and racetracks and sports museums, sports parks such as water parks, water skiing, and also shopping in sports stores and shops (Pour Pelkouni, 2013).

Due to the very prominent and effective role of the category of sports in all aspects of society, in all parts of the world They use it in different ways as a useful tool; Among other things, it can be mentioned its role and nature of income generation. It is obvious that with the least exploration and investigation about the role and potential of sports in developed countries, rich sources of income can be obtained from all kinds of activities related to this field. One of the most common ways of earning money and covering costs by sports clubs is to get sponsors and financial supporters. By attracting financial sponsors, the clubs offer advertising opportunities created by themselves to companies and big businessmen in order to provide a source to cover their expenses. (Nikkho, 2012).
