    Abstract

A collection of knowledge including customs and superstitions and feelings and emotions that encompass the material and spiritual life of a person and a person is in a relationship with them from birth to death, the culture of the people is called "Folklore". In the course of time, due to reasons such as the death of the elderly and the invasion of foreign cultures, they are forgotten or lose their originality and character. Therefore, it is the duty of the friends of culture to collect materials that express the spirit, character and way of thinking of their ancestors with patience, precision and obsession before it is too late, and not to destroy it intentionally or unintentionally, because some people preserve the customs and traditions of the past. They consider it as the reason for uncivilization and backwardness, and they are ashamed to attribute customs to themselves and their nation, while this notion is completely wrong because the culture of nations is the most important means of communication and identification, and a nation without culture is like a person without a birth certificate who faces many problems to introduce and identify himself.

My humble servant has also done some research in this way and the result of my efforts has been compiled as a collection of folk culture and local dialect of Soghan district of Erzuye city, which I admit is not without flaws.

This research consists of five chapters, in the first chapter, the generalities of the research, in the second chapter, the local Soghan dialect, in the third chapter, the oral literature of the region including: Chistan, proverbs, couplets, lullabies, and stories, and in the fourth chapter, the customs and traditions of the region, which include: ceremonies and holidays, opinions and beliefs, local games, local foods, and local bread, and in the fifth chapter, the conclusion, suggestions and limitations of the research are included.

    Introduction

The folklore of any nation or people's culture has great value and importance both from the practical and social aspects for that nation and for people all over the world.

In a vast land like Iran, its cities and villages are scattered and far from each other in the east, west, north, and south, and the people of each place have their own special accent of the common culture. Because we examine and study the folklore of each region or each tribe separately, we see that despite the apparent differences, the root, foundation, and origin of all of them are the same, and they are all like the branches of a single tree that have been nourished by the same root, and this is the strongest document of ethnic unity. Iranians and Dalil are convinced of the connections and connections of the people of this border and region, and there is no doubt that the people of this country will realize this fact and become better and more fully acquainted with this national unity when they are aware of the culture of the people and the different regions of their ancient country, and the best way of this knowledge and familiarity is to collect and organize the publication and publication of the materials and culture of the people.

Dialect is also considered as a sign of the linguistic heritage of every society. Today's dialect is a language that, although it was once a field of speech and was considered the ground of human connection, and it had a special softness and sweetness, but in today's world, it is caught in the chamber of machine life and pervasive media language and is dying. A language that is so abandoned and forgotten and no one stands up to support it. To preserve it. Clay and mud construction, which is a reminder of our forefathers' courage, we sometimes see an acceptable seriousness that if that category is also forgotten, but we see less insistence and interest in protecting another cultural heritage, i.e. dialects, and this is how the current generation in all cities has become alienated from it, as they do not understand the words of their grandparents, who still have the same mood and

Or if he understands through repetition and questioning, he mocks it.

In such a situation, every step taken by a heartbroken person is a place of great gratitude

. Therefore, my humble servant, with the meeting I have had with many old people of the region, many customs and traditions of this region and also about 900 words of Soghan dialect words. Therefore, my humble servant, with the meeting that I have had with many old people of the region, I have collected many customs and traditions of this region, as well as about 900 words of the dialect of Soghan in this thesis. A region whose magnificent building called "Tepe Yahya" is a reminder of a five-thousand-year-old civilization, and its remaining works are today the ornament of the great museums of the world. In any case, despite such an ancient history, it demands that those interested in cultural affairs take the recent issue more seriously and study and research about all these values ??and credibility and take greater steps in the way of introducing the Soghan section. rtl;">

    Statement of the problem

    1-1- Folk culture:

A collection of knowledge including customs, superstitions, and feelings and emotions that encompass the material and spiritual life of a person, and a person is in a relationship with them since birth, is called folklore. "Zulfiqari; 25, 1387"

Folklore among the sciences is a new knowledge of this time that defines the way of thinking and life and the way of life of the common people and connects the past with the present, and indeed it has a high place among the sciences and is a valuable treasure with a valid origin and principle, for the study of sciences such as sociology, anthropology, archeology and even history. Just as the educated stratum of the society deal with wisdom, philosophy, poetry and logic, the common people also have a culture that reflects their characteristics, habits and way of thinking. "Muayed Mohseni; 1381: publisher's introduction" style="direction: rtl;">1-2- Dialectology

The science of linguistics basically deals with the study of language, and dialectology is one of the valid branches of linguistics that examines issues related to dialects and the rules governing them in the field of (syntax, syntax, phonology, etc.). According to David Crystal, dialectology is the systematic study of all forms of a dialect, especially among the dialects of a region. "Farhadi Rad; 1381: 18". The reason for the survival of these accents and dialects is the strong interest of the theologians towards those languages, their distance from the people of nearby cities and low literacy. "Farhadi Rad; 1381: 18"

However, by removing the aforementioned causes, especially by creating ways of communication and trade between the people of the mountains and villages with the inhabitants of the cities and their relations with the residents of the country's capital, and most importantly, the spread of public education. The language and vocabulary of the standard of Iran dominates the language and vocabulary of the people of the cities and gradually leads them to destruction. "Venchi" has gradually disappeared from the Pamir dialects and some branches of the "Uramani" dialect recently." Farhadi Rad; 1381: 18"

In line with the realization of this ideal, a part of the current research has been compiled and presented with the aim of compiling a dialect dictionary related to the dialect of Soghan district (Erzuye city, Kerman province).

A region whose linguistic heritage is known to few of the audience of this research. A region that until recently was considered one of the remote and deprived regions of our country, at the same time, due to its special industrial, agricultural and animal husbandry capabilities on the one hand and the presence of the ancient Yahya Hill on the other hand, it is a very important region for many domestic and foreign stakeholders and experts, and for this reason, special attention has been paid to the development of its economic and cultural infrastructure in recent decades.
