    1-1 Introduction

From a point of view, ethics is a set of values ??and rules that determine what is right or wrong, defines accepted and rejected behavior. From a more comprehensive perspective, ethics includes; Distinguishing between right and wrong is defining topics in the form of spiritual words and applying spiritual principles to a situation. Spiritual principles are general rules that prescribe acceptable behavior. They are of great importance to society and cannot be created or changed by the decisions of powerful people. Spiritual principles are established on the basis of collective will or traditions. Spiritual principles and values ??are the main constituents of ethics. It is very difficult to define ethics in a specific and common way. Another scientist defines ethics as follows:

Ethics; A charter is the principles and values ??that guide the behavior of an individual or group regarding what is right and what is wrong. (Givarian and Parvaneh, 2018, p. 31) Professional ethics is a branch of ethics that examines the ethical duties in a profession and its ethical issues and shows the level of honesty, honor, conscientiousness, sense of responsibility, self-knowledge and self-confidence of each profession. (Mattoli Haghi et al., 2011, p. 74)

1-2 - Statement of the problem

Mother, we live in an era where the regulation of social relations based on moral principles has become extremely important, the life, comfort and personal dignity of each of us depends on how far we observe the moral principles in many modern areas of work and life. There is no violation of the rights of others.

Professional ethics is one of those terms that does not have a logical definition, but in every job and business, people have a specific definition of professional ethics. Professional ethics is a set of norms that business owners are expected to comply with, i.e. they are expected to observe a series of values ??that are specific to their job, for example, we expect compassion from a teacher, trustworthiness from a lawyer, confidentiality from a doctor, and honesty from a salesperson (Azizi, 2015). In this regard and regarding the necessity of compiling the components of professional behavior to organize the principles and rules of professional behavior, Rust (1983) provides a framework for understanding ethical behavior. According to him, it is any type of behavior that leads to the welfare of others. He considers ethical behavior to consist of four components that should be considered by people before they enter into a voluntary action regarding a moral action that results. These four components are 1- moral sensitivity (the process of recognizing the situation) 2- moral reasoning (choosing the best situation and option) 3- deciding to implement ethical solutions (paying attention to the more ethical option and complying with them in practice) 4- doing the ethical act (confirming the ethical act and that the person should really do the ethical act). Based on this, a set of accepted ethical actions and reactions that are prescribed by professional organizations or assemblies to provide the most favorable social relations possible for its members in the performance of professional duties, professional ethics are said to include a set of value judgments, tasks, behavior and conduct and instructions for their implementation. It deals with business and business, as well as the analysis of ethical issues in business, it deals with objective issues in the profession and has an operational role in solving ethical problems in business. The principles and goals of ethics are: 1- genuine and unconditional respect for people 2- individual freedom in two levels of freedom from and freedom in 3- social justice 4- trustworthiness (Faramarz Maleki, 2012). Pouria installs the principles of professional ethics as follows: 1- The principle of honesty 2- The principle Righteousness 3- The principle of faithfulness to the promise 4- The principle of loyalty 5- The principle of fairness 6- The principle of caring for others 7- The principle of respecting and honoring others 8- The principle of responsible citizen 9- The principle of superiority 10- The principle of accountability or responsibility (Pooryansab, 1379)

The term professional ethics as one of the characteristics of the human and spiritual capital of any society or organization and as a kind of moral commitment and work conscience towards any kind of work, duty and responsibility In other words, honesty in speech and deed behavior in every class, occupation and profession came in the form of charter, charter and covenant of professional ethics and covenant of ethical principles and similar writings. The spiritual dimension is human (Shahraki Vahad and others, 2008, p. 23)

In the business world, an organization whose forces have a high sq, has a positive and constructive atmosphere, welcomes new ideas, and is always ready to face changes. In such an organization, men and women from different races, religions, and social classes have come together, even trying to have people with completely different and even conflicting beliefs, ideas and opinions cooperate with each other in different groups, because the belief of the organization is that the contradictions and differences in work teams lead to the creation of creativity and new ideas in the organization. Haqiq Ramesh, 1390) Spiritual intelligence combines the concepts of spirituality and intelligence into a new structure and gives a person the opportunity to be sensitive to material and spiritual realities and pursue excellence every day in the midst of objects, places, relationships and roles. Emmons believes that spirituality can be considered a form of intelligence because it predicts the performance and adaptability of a person and suggests capabilities that enable people to solve problems and reach their goals. (Nasr Esfahani and Ahmad Etemadi, 2010, p. 227) According to Emmons, there are at least five abilities that represent spiritual intelligence. These five abilities are praised in most cultures. which are: 1- The ability to excel physically and materially 2- The ability to enter a higher spiritual level 3- The ability to find sanctity in daily activities, events and relationships 4- The ability to use spiritual resources to solve problems 5- The ability to perform virtuous behavior, spiritual intelligence is related to the inner life of the mind and its relationship with existence and existence in the world.

From Danazohl's point of view, people who have spiritual intelligence have the following characteristics: 1- Self-awareness 2- Idea Being original 3- The capacity to face difficulties and problems 4- Being quantitative 5- Admiring the diversity in the world and progressing 6- The courage and ability to stand up against the crowd and not agree with the general public 7- The tendency to ask why 8- The ability to express something (Abdolzadeh and others, 2018, p. 70). Spiritual intelligence refers to abilities and skills to develop and maintain connection with the ultimate source of all beings, success in searching for the meaning of life, finding a moral path that helps guide us in life, understanding spirituality and values ??in personal life and interpersonal relationships.
