    Abstract

The purpose of this research was to investigate the effect of organizational justice on organizational citizenship behavior among employees of production cooperative companies in Khorramabad city. These two dimensions are important categories of behavior that have a special place in the field of organizational behavior management theories today. These two topics have many common points that seem to influence each other. Considering the importance of these two important behavioral components, in this research, which is descriptive-correlation type and carried out in a field form, an effort was made to examine the literature related to these two categories with an emphasis on studies related to the relationship between these two concepts, while clearly defining the problem. Then research objectives, conceptual model and research assumptions, statistical population research method and studied samples and data analysis method have been explained in the form of research methodology. The findings of the research by using different methods of descriptive and inferential statistics in the form of analytical tables form another part of the research that tests the hypotheses of the research and at the end, according to the results of the statistical tests, suggestions and solutions are presented in the form of summaries and conclusions of the research.

Key words: organizational justice, organizational civil behavior, cooperative-production companies

    Chapter First

    Generalities of the research

    Introduction

People make up the internal social system of an organization, which system includes people, groups, large groups and small groups. Currently, human organizations are not like the human organizations of yesterday or the past days. In particular, the workforce is changing and "transforming" significantly, which means that employees bring their own cultural backgrounds, talents, and perspectives to the job. Finally, it is possible to examine and manage organizations as a general system that has inter-organizational relationships. (Sidjavadin 1390)

Justice sustains the life and survival of social systems and integrates social elements together, while injustice causes their separation and destruction. The first research about justice in organizations dates back to the early 1960s. After 1990, a new chapter of empirical studies on organizational justice begins, the result of which is the recognition of three types of justice, i.e., distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactive justice in organizations.

The effort to improve performance has been considered as an inviolable principle since the early days of the formation of management, which enters into newer discussions and covers more areas every day. Unlike in the past, when employees were expected to perform within their official roles, in the new psychological contracts, voluntary and extra-role behaviors are expected. Current research considers these behaviors under the title of organizational citizenship behavior [1] and emphasizes the long-term participation of the individual in the organization's position.

The study of people's behavior in work environments has long been of interest to management science thinkers. All organizations operate within the framework of the internal and external environment. The organization does not exist independently on its own, but is part of a larger system that includes many other elements such as friends, family, and other organizations. Several environmental changes create the need for organizations. Citizens expect organizations to be socially responsible; Increasing production and competition to attract customers around the world is important; The rapid pace of change in society moves quickly. Certain organizations such as factories or schools cannot be affected by the external environment. The environment affects people's views and working conditions and creates competition for the use of resources and power. Therefore, the external environment should be considered in the study of human behavior in organizations (Newstorm and Davis [2], 1997).

    Statement of the problem

The new conditions governing organizations increased the competition between them and requires their effectiveness, so that they can transfer the conditions to the next generation of employees who are famous in the hope of the organization. Undoubtedly, the presence of Nesl Omid improves effectiveness and productivity, because they consider the organization to be related to them and work hard to achieve the company's goals, without any eye beyond their legal duties.. And today, these efforts beyond expectation and beneficial are many in the literature of organizational science and management and civil behavior of organizations (Dibaola et al. [3] 2005).

Justice is one of the most beautiful, sacred and noble words in the dictionary of human civilization, and its observance is considered one of the most necessary things from the point of view of every healthy human being, and usually every human being, even if he is an oppressor, affirms the value of observing justice. (Dehghan 1381).

Justice is a precious certificate and high human value in the realization of human rights. According to Plato: Justice means putting everything in its place, and Aristotle says: Justice can be divided into two categories. General justice, which takes all the virtues, and special justice, which is to give everyone the right to merit (Katouzian, 2006).

The term organizational justice was first expressed by Greenberg in the 1970s. He believes that the perception of organizational justice is a fundamental necessity for the effectiveness of the organization's performance and the satisfaction of people in the organization, and the organization must use all its efforts to achieve this (Greenberg[4] 1987). Interactive.

Organizational justice in all three dimensions can be related to organizational citizenship behavior (Ramin Mehr, 2018).

The concept of organizational citizenship behavior was first presented to the world of science by Batman and Oregon in the early 1980s. The initial research that was conducted in the field of organizational citizenship behavior was mostly for the responsibilities or behaviors that employees had in the organization, but they are often ignored. Even though these behaviors were incompletely measured or sometimes neglected in traditional evaluations of job performance, they were effective in improving organizational effectiveness (Mostabasri and Najaei, 2017).

The importance of organizational civic behavior is not hidden from anyone. Many researches on the effects of organizational civil behavior which include factors such as performance, productivity, efficiency and effectiveness, commitment, organizational success, and customer satisfaction and loyalty have been investigated (Abbaspour, 2015).

Researches have shown that organizational justice has been neglected as one of the factors that cause organizational civil behavior, and perhaps the role of justice in creating such behaviors has been mentioned in some researches and reports, but since human resources in every An organization is considered a valuable capital, especially in productive cooperative companies, civil behavior can be effective in advancing the goals of organizations, so understanding management action is very important for this and therefore can help organizations in their effectiveness and efficiency. Accurate managerial behavior in the employees of organizations in advanced countries leads to efficiency, effectiveness, productivity, job satisfaction, loyalty, service quality and so on. will be It is necessary to identify the actions that cause such behaviors for managers and employees. Because the lack of justice by managers in Khorramabad city, especially in production cooperative companies that have inappropriate choices, has weakened the morale of employees and they consider themselves separate from the organization, and considering the sensitivity that exists for this province, it can have destructive effects for the entire province and ultimately can lead to them not doing their job well. Therefore, the observance of justice in the efficiency and effectiveness of production cooperative companies of Khorramabad city causes the process of increasing and improving the economic and industrial development of the whole province. From this point of view, managers play a major role in playing the sensitive and important role of justice in the process of their organization. According to the issues raised, it seems necessary to conduct research in this field.

    Necessity and importance of research

According to the culture of Dehkhoda, justice literally means endurance, in Sharia it means endurance through the right and avoiding What is forbidden in religion. Therefore, the observance of organizational justice by managers increases the commitment of employees to the organization, innovation and their persistence in the organization, and ultimately causes the success and victory of the organization, and the society benefits from the benefit of the organization and the efforts of the employees (Rezaian, 2014, 37).
