    Abstract

Work is an important source for earning a living and achieving social positions, which can lead to dissatisfaction, depletion of physical and mental strength. Job burnout is a process of physical-psychological fatigue that is caused by continuous emotional pressure caused by long-term conflict in humans. Workaholics are people who are very attached to their jobs and have strong desires to work, but they do not enjoy their work very much. Therefore, they are subject to burnout. Therefore, in this research, the effect of work addiction and its dimensions, including internal desire to work, enjoyment of work, and engagement with work, on job burnout have been tested. In order to check the existence of a linear relationship, Spearman's correlation coefficient was used. Then, if there is a linear relationship, structural equation modeling was used to test the causal relationship. The findings of the research show that work addiction, internal desire to work and attachment to work cause job burnout, but enjoyment of work reduces job burnout.

    Foreword

Following the acceleration of environmental changes and transformations, organizations must achieve a high level of knowledge and information to survive in this field, in addition to having creative, knowledgeable employees with decision-making power. Capable employees who can play an effective role in increasing the productivity of the organization with a sense of responsibility, creativity, initiative, self-confidence and a sense of belonging to the organization and capable in teamwork with good performance. This is especially important in military organizations with flying staff. With the advent of flight simulators, the world's military and defense organizations have focused on using this technology in order to improve the performance of employees and reduce training costs and human and financial losses. This issue is emerging in our country and will require more attention, research and practicality.

This research is presented in five chapters. The first chapter is devoted to the generalities of the research. In the second chapter, in order to transfer general knowledge about the research variables, while reviewing the theoretical foundations of the research subject, the necessary framework to support the research hypotheses is presented. The third chapter deals with research methodology. In the fourth chapter, the data collected from the field study will be analyzed, and at the end of the fifth chapter, practical (executive) and research results and suggestions will be presented in the field of the subject under investigation. This research will have useful results for those interested. On the other hand, considering the importance and originality of the subject, this thesis has made its contribution by examining an Iranian society. May I be able to carry out extensive research in the future with the help of professors and experts in this field.

    Chapter 1

    1-1) Introduction

Today, with the development of new technologies and the use of complex military systems in the armed forces, especially in the aviation industry, the training of specialized, skilled and experienced flight personnel is of special importance. has Parallel to the development of the aviation industry in aviation organizations, the flight simulator industry has a special importance in education.

After the emergence of the motorized airplane, the initial exercises were conducted on the original model of the airplane so that pilot students learned side control with vertical rudder in taxi and control with ELEVATOR in short flight. The First World War led to the development of this method of pilot training, especially in Italy and France. In 1915, an electrical device was used to record reaction times to correct for oscillations in simulators. Then to induce external conditions to the pilot such as rain, fog, darkness, etc. Provisions and aids were considered in the simulators, which were first done by the Germans. With the start of World War II, the need for pilot training for fighter planes increased dramatically. With the progress of the aviation industry at that time, such as variable pitch propellers and mobile landing gear and higher maneuvering speeds, simulating these parts in the simulator became especially important (Mozami Guderzi, 2015, p. 17). Many studies have shown that skills learned in flight simulators can be successfully applied to airplanes. With the development of computers, simulators have found a wider use today, so that this system is used in most practical training. Simulators have been able to find a special place in driving and shooting with tanks, flying, air traffic control, air interception, air combat, air-to-ground bombing and air-to-air and ground-to-air shootings, as well as aircraft systems maintenance training. As far as it can be said, simulators can be used in the simplest practical training to the most complex ones, especially in the armed forces.

Currently considering the importance and necessity of the simulator in the discussion of improving the level of capability of flight staff and its effect in reducing the rate of air accidents and life and financial losses, Naja Airlines is deprived of this system despite the variety of aircraft and the geographical extent of the missions. In order to survive in this field, organizations must achieve a high level of knowledge and information, in addition to having creative, knowledgeable employees with decision-making power. Capable employees who can play an effective role in increasing the productivity of the organization with a sense of responsibility, creativity, initiative, self-confidence and a sense of belonging to the organization and able to work in a group with good performance.

Responsibility is training, teaching and changing behavior. If education does not lead to learning and transformation, empowerment will never happen (Blanchard, 1996: 116). Nowadays, employee training and empowerment is considered as a tool for organizational effectiveness and competitive advantage. Indeed, effective and effective training is one of the important tools in empowering employees to achieve organizational goals. Education is often a means of communication that is considered for a specific group of people and its purpose is to develop skills, modify behaviors and raise the level of these people's capabilities. The main focus of education is on what needs to be known. The word "training" is one of the important working principles in the organization and since the most important aspect of this word is the cultivation and development of work skills and specializations, the foundation and continuity of the training process in today's organizations plays a significant role in acting professionally and in fact being the leader of that organization. Today, the aviation industry has become a necessity with a hundred years of history and has undergone significant changes, especially in the last decade. Parallel to the development of this industry, the flight simulator has gained special importance in training and aviation industry. One of the ways to reduce air accidents is to increase training through simulators. Flight simulators are equipment that simulate all flight stages virtually, including pre-flight checks (includes checks on the exterior of the aircraft and the interior of the aircraft cabin). Landing and takeoff (it is one of the most difficult flight stages and factors such as speed, temperature, weight of the aircraft, etc. have an effect on it.) Response in the event of problems and emergency situations (correct and correct reaction of the pilot when problems occur in the aircraft) shows off.) and. With the help of this device, it will be possible to carry out training with minimum cost and waste (human capital and equipment). And there is no time limit for its training. Naja Aviation aims to raise the level of training of pilots and technical technicians and with the aim of reducing accidents and preserving national capital (manpower and equipment) compared to sending specialized employees abroad for training with simulators, and currently due to domestic self-sufficiency and localization of this important industry, pilot training (fixed wing and helicopter) in various areas is very expensive under the current conditions, and the implementation of part of the above training is sanctioned The mobile simulation device of different planes is essential to reduce costs
