    Abstract

    In the country of Iran, which was formed based on the Islamic system, due to religious beliefs, participation and cooperation in the direction of depriving people is of particular importance. The aim of this research is to measure the performance of managers and increase people's participation. This research was conducted using a descriptive survey method. The statistical population of this research is all the managers of the Imam Khomeini (RA) Relief Committee organization in Central Province (84 people) who were studied by census method. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by professors and experts. In order to measure reliability, Cronbach's alpha was used, which was equal to 0.855. Data analysis was done using descriptive and inferential statistics. One-sample t-tests were used in inferential statistics. Based on the assumptions of the research, the skills, abilities, and personality characteristics of the managers of this group were evaluated.     Introduction

    Reducing poverty and reducing the class gap between different classes of people and creating a fair system of income distribution are among the goals and policies of any society. Both the people and the government want to establish economic justice and, accordingly, social justice in society. In the Islamic economic system, due to the fact that the lawgiver of such a system is God Almighty, and on the other hand, the establishment of installments and justice and, accordingly, economic justice, including The goals of the mission of divine prophets are considered, the realization of economic justice in such a system will not be far from reach. The need to understand whether this organization has achieved its goals or not prompted the researcher to examine and evaluate the performance of this institution in the field of attracting aid and public participation. Since the pulse of the performance of any organization is in the hands of the managers of that organization, in this research, the performance of the managers of the Imam Khomeini Relief Committee (RA) of Central Province has been evaluated. In the importance of the subject of evaluation, it has been said that: evaluation, as a verb, from the beginning of human creation and in nature and deed Most of the living beings have been present in some way and have basically been the basis of natural and acquired human behavior. The divine religions have generally provided criteria and indicators of behavior and action to humans, and given certain rewards in exchange for following them, and certain punishments in case of disobedience. The importance of this issue is to such an extent that Mullah Ali, peace be upon him, in letter 53 of Nahj al-Balagha addressed to Malik Ashtar, says: "The good and the bad should not be on the same footing in your eyes that it discourages the good from doing good and makes the bad to do bad; reward each of them according to what they have chosen". and the missions of the organization are realized with optimal efficiency, but the interests of the employees and the society are also secured. The performance evaluation process provides the organization with a solution through which the members of the organization realize the effectiveness of their job duties.

    Generalities of the research

    - Statement of the problem

    It has long been customary to take care of the poor and the needy in human societies, and depending on the culture, customs and views of the people, the rulers of those societies acted to support the deprived.Currently, in different countries, depending on the type of government, under the different titles of the Ministry of Social Welfare, government charitable institutions and non-governmental support organizations are trying to identify the causes, factors and provide practical solutions to remove the face of poverty and scarcity in their societies. Both the people and the government want to establish economic justice and, as a result, social justice in the society. In our country, Iran, due to religious beliefs, the removal of deprivation is of special importance and it is believed that if the distribution of wealth is done fairly, there will be no poverty in principle, and the class differences in the society are the cause of this injustice in the distribution of wealth and income. Masoomin (a.s.) has considered supporting the disadvantaged and the oppressed as his goal. In order to realize this goal, institutions and organizations such as the Welfare Organization, the Red Crescent, the Foundation for the Indigent and Veterans, the Imam Khomeini (RA) Relief Committee, etc.

    The Imam Khomeini (RA) Relief Committee is one of the institutions that was established by the order of the founder of the Islamic Republic. Since its inception, this institution has tried to take a big step towards the elimination of deprivation by attracting the support and participation of the people. It is clear and evident that people's participation is one of the basic elements of this organization.

    Some experts have provided the following definition for participation: "Participation" It is the mental and emotional involvement of people in group situations that motivates them to help to achieve group goals and to share in the responsibility of work. According to what came in the definition of participation, it can be clearly understood that the realization of participation requires the provision of some prerequisites. Some of these prerequisites exist in the existence of the participants and others in the surrounding environment. These prerequisites determine the realization and implementation of participation and define its level. How the performance of management in attracting public participation is one of the main prerequisites. have not investigated the performance of management in attracting people's participation and support in the Imam Khomeini (RA) Relief Committee. Therefore, this research seeks to find an answer to the question, what is the effect of the performance of the managers of the Imam Khomeini (RA) Relief Committee in Central Province in attracting people's participation and assistance? Evaluation of plans. In sustainable development, people constitute the real wealth of any nation, and the goal of development is to create conditions where people can enjoy a long and healthy life. In other words, development is a means for the growth and excellence of humans, and therefore humans have the highest importance in development. In addition to paying attention to economic issues, sustainable development is largely oriented towards human, social and cultural goals, as a result, people and social justice in this development are very important to achieve social justice.     People's participation in charity affairs is one of the types of participation that originates from the heart of society. In fact, there has never been a human civilization in which people did not participate in all kinds of charitable activities. Justice has played a prominent role. Hazrat Imam Khomeini, may God have mercy on him, said about the importance, position and role of the relief committee: "These dear groups and committees, as well as the relief committee, have a very delicate and noble act, and with this act, God willing, they can eradicate the root of poverty from all over the country with the help of the noble nation of Iran and with the efforts of the noble government of Iran." Regarding the importance of people's participation in the affairs of the relief committee, he said, "those who have a conscience should pay attention to these poor people who are the guardians of blessings."
