    Research Overview

    Abstract

The main purpose of this research is the factors affecting the development of organizational entrepreneurship culture in Zarmakaron Industrial Group. For this purpose, all employees with at least a bachelor's degree of Zarmakaron Industrial Group equal to 1300 have been considered and studied as a statistical population. Using Cochran's formula and Morgan's table, the number of 300 people has been determined as the sample size. In terms of methodology, the research is survey-applied and is based on descriptive-correlation as well as exploratory methods. The required data were collected through a researcher-made questionnaire based on indicators and a conceptual model. In the localization of these scales, conceptual literature was taken into consideration and questions and factors were extracted, adjusted, validated, fixed and distributed. The validity of the content of the calculated factors was confirmed by the opinion of experts and the validity of the construct was also confirmed by using confirmatory factor analysis and the KMO index. The reliability of the measure was also calculated and verified by Cronbach's alpha method. Quantitative research findings in statistical software of social sciences and linear structural relationships [1] confirmed the hypotheses and the proposed model of the research, which means that the relationship of all the dimensions and the effectiveness of the factors affecting the development of organizational entrepreneurship culture have been confirmed, so the calculated factors have been suitable explanations of the development of organizational entrepreneurship culture, and as a result, the assumed relationships in the model have been significantly confirmed. The other results indicate the ranking of the proposed dimensions and indicators as well as the appropriate fit and degree of approximation of the model in the studied society.

Key words: entrepreneurship, organizational entrepreneurship, organizational entrepreneurship culture, development of organizational entrepreneurship culture. Success belongs to those societies and organizations that establish a meaningful relationship between scarce resources and the managerial and entrepreneurial capabilities of their human resources. In other words, the society and organization can move forward and with momentum in the path of development by creating the necessary platforms, equipping its human resources with the knowledge and skills of productive entrepreneurship, so that by using this valuable ability, they manage and direct other resources of the society and the organization towards creating value and achieving growth and development. Currently, the course of global developments has placed entrepreneurs at the forefront of technological development and economic development (Ahmedpour and Moghimi, 2015: 28).

Today, work and activity have taken a new form and are moving towards self-employment; Entrepreneurship and entrepreneurs play a key role in the process of development and economic progress of different societies. experiences of countries such as Japan, South Korea, Malaysia and India; It has been full of impressive activities of entrepreneurs who today are proud of the development of their country. It should be noted that entrepreneurs do not only create new job opportunities, but with the necessary structure, thinking, mobility and culture, they engage in creative destruction to raise a lofty building of prosperity and progress from the old ruins.            Considering the role and importance of entrepreneurship and the brilliant history of entrepreneurs in the development of many countries and considering the many economic problems that our country is facing and requires help from all sides; Promoting and spreading the concept of entrepreneurship, creating a platform for a culture that supports entrepreneurship, and most importantly, training people (especially educated people) as organizational entrepreneurs is of vital importance and necessity for all societies, especially for developing societies like Iran. The successful experience of most advanced countries as well as some developing countries in overcoming economic crises through the development of entrepreneurship in those countries has caused other countries to attach special importance to entrepreneurship, entrepreneurs and the formation of innovative businesses (Eskendani, 1379: 36). Entrepreneurship is considered the focus and center of gravity of work, effort and progress in the age of modernity. Without paying enough attention to the category of "development of entrepreneurial culture", we cannot achieve growth and development indicators that are achieved through changes in the production process, productivity and technical and industrial empowerment in the field of economy. In passing from the traditional stage to the industrial stage, we must pay special attention to the individual abilities and capabilities of entrepreneurs in using natural resources and using modern technology. Because, by applying new methods in the market, they prepare themselves for the optimal use of tools and achieving the desired quality of goods and services (Maqimi, 1383: 7). Entrepreneurship is an acquisition process and the family plays a fundamental role in the formation of this process. Because, the family can inject the element of dynamism and mobility into the depth of the existence of the influenced and self-dependent people in such a way that "individual" and "society" interact in a harmonious environment and innovative social formats are formed. At the same time, the environmental conditions and the type of society in which a person grows and develops are also highly influential in the formation and creation of different habits and behaviors in a person (Jadi, 2010: 22).

In general, identifying the unique characteristics of entrepreneurs as well as the factors and factors affecting the entrepreneurial culture in society and even in the job organization of a person can, in today's world, be the key and element of growth and development from various economic, cultural, social and political dimensions; be considered In such a way that the element of entrepreneurship is considered as the engine of production and economic development, and on the other hand, it fosters and strengthens the spirit of investing in human resources. Considering the role of entrepreneurship in all-round development in industrialized and advanced countries, developing countries are also seeking to create a wide and new wave of entrepreneurial organizations. In order to achieve this goal, the role and importance of entrepreneurial culture and its growth and development factors or its obstacles in organizations should be defined and introduced (Brockhaus, 2002:36). Based on this, it is necessary to investigate the factors affecting the development of organizational entrepreneurial culture in Zermakaron Industrial Group, and how important is each of them? Finally, what is the effect of each of these effective factors on the development of organizational entrepreneurial culture?

3-1 Importance and Necessity of Research

Today, organizations can no longer bring about fundamental changes by changing the traditional structure and management methods, so managers and employees must be able to change their attitude in new mental models. On the other hand, the existence of problems such as unemployment, which itself creates many problems in the society, has caused much attention to be paid to the issue of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial managers, and the factors that cause the development of entrepreneurship to be considered. Today, organizations cannot overcome their small, agile and innovative competitors with a small number of creative and entrepreneurial people and the implementation of several entrepreneurial plans; They must provide conditions so that all employees find an entrepreneurial spirit and can easily carry out their entrepreneurial activities as a group or individually (Cornwall & Perlman, 2000:42). Therefore, considering the role of entrepreneurship in all-round development in industrialized countries and developing countries, they are also seeking to create a wide and new wave of entrepreneurial organizations. In order to achieve this goal, the role and importance of entrepreneurial culture and growth and development factors or its obstacles in organizations should be defined and introduced. In other words, entrepreneurship is considered as a requirement and a new approach and a new economic strategy in response to new environmental realities and conditions, one of the valuable solutions in confronting and confronting economic inefficiency and preventing negative economic phenomena such as: unemployment (Cochran, 2004:22). It tries to investigate the factors affecting entrepreneurship from the employees' point of view, and in this way, explain the role of entrepreneurship in the development of their culture and work spirit, and specify and explain it in the form of a comprehensive framework.

Therefore, the special importance of the present study is the applicability of its subject in Zermakaron Company, which is considered as a subject that, on the one hand, expands the scope of our understanding of the culture of organizational entrepreneurship and its related literature, and on the other hand, the subject of It has been considered innovative that it will follow extensive discussions and appendices regarding the identification of factors affecting the development of organizational entrepreneurship culture.
