    Abstract

    The important role of stamps in the transportation of postal items, both within the countries and for sending them to the countries of the world, is not hidden; Considering its location in the political geography of countries, it becomes more important. And countries can use it, in addition to sending postal items and other postal services, to introduce the culture and civilization and other attractions of their country to the countries of the world; In this regard, our country, which is one of the first founders of the post in the world, can use stamps to introduce the culture and civilization of Iran and the tourist and religious attractions of our country to other countries. And in the same way, it can place the high goals of the Islamic Revolution, which are the promotion of the religion of Islam, freedom, independence of countries dependent on colonial governments, anti-tyranny, seeking justice and defending the rights of the oppressed, in its foreign policy relations with the countries of the world. The information has been obtained through a library method.

    Therefore, while analyzing, the following goals have been considered:

    1- Explaining the influencing factors of stamps on the geopolitics of the Islamic Republic of Iran;

    2- Presenting the appropriate model of using special stamps to send letters to other countries, in order to have more influence;

    3- Analyzing the geopolitical perspective of stamps, on relations Iran and other countries.

    Therefore, in order to achieve the above goals, the following question is raised:

    What are the roles of stamps in the geopolitical relations of the Islamic Republic of Iran?

    In response to this question, the following hypotheses were raised:

    1- Stamps can be considered a symbol of the national identity of countries.

    2- Stamps can be relations of the foreign policy of the Islamic Republic. explain Iran with other countries.

    According to the findings in the research, it indicates that the Islamic Republic of Iran can use the historical, cultural, religious and social capacities of our country and make it known to other countries of the world, through the publication of joint stamps, as much as possible in line with the high goals of our country, to export the Islamic revolution and to make known its various aspects, as well as the culture and To take advantage of the pure Iranian-Islamic civilization, so far many efforts have been made in this direction, and in the not too distant future, Iranian stamps will be published and used by countries all over the world.

    Key words: geopolitics, stamp, politics, foreign policy, foreign policy relations of Iran, Iran. The world is different. A stamp is a combination of art, knowledge, rituals and customs, and finally, the course of historical changes and developments of a nation. The origin of countries and their relationships in the world can be examined through stamps. Because, a stamp can be a national identity, economic, political, social relationship and so on. Show countries in different periods of history. While, the political map of the world is always changing and evolving; That is, a number of countries are divided or merged and create a new geography of the world; However, through the study of stamps, even the geographical and geopolitical position of countries can be analyzed at different times.

    Because, most of the geopolitical relations of countries are determined by the common stamp with certain stamps. And these stamps, in ancient museums, are considered the best means of geopolitical analysis of countries. At the same time, the importance of the stamp's place in the geopolitics of countries is still unknown; Therefore, the topic of the present thesis can be considered as a new topic in political geography.

    Statement of the problem

    Today, the effect of stamp printing on the relations between different countries is not hidden from anyone; Because, alone, they are cultural ambassadors without borders with the mission of peace and friendship. Different countries of the world, especially advanced countries, benefit from this means to expand and influence their spirituality and influence other countries more.Our country can have a great impact on the people of other countries by using this seemingly small and inexpensive device. A brief look at the amount of expenses involved in expanding and introducing Iran and Iranian culture and the goals of the revolution and comparing it with the cost of printing stamps, will clarify the fact that printing stamps does not cost anything and it is very easy to influence the areas it covers.

    The countries that are located on the plateau of Iran and have long-standing deep and unbreakable ties with the culture of Iran and Islam, why should they not get to know our country more and better this way? The correct selection of Iran's postal officials tells the story. Of course, there are many other examples that indicate the rationality of using this tool. 1-2- Research question: What are the roles of stamps in the geopolitical relations of the foreign policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran?
