    Abstract:

Productivity and effective use of organizational resources (manpower, capital, materials, energy and information, etc.) is the goal of all managers of economic organizations and industrial production units and service institutions. Today, the survival condition of any organizational system is to pay deep and sufficient attention to its existing human resources and strive to create value under the title of "Employees are the most valuable assets." They are ours. In this regard, knowing the factors affecting the productivity of manpower seems to be a necessary and necessary condition. This research is about the investigation of the factors affecting the productivity of manpower in Saleh Semnan plaster company using the structural equation model and the substitution table model, with a statistical population of 110 members and a sample of 86 people obtained through Cochran's formula. Also, for statistical testing of spss software and goodness of fit tests and modeling of structural equations, amos software has been used.  According to the results of analysis and statistical analysis of collected data and information, the hypotheses were confirmed. The job-related factors have the greatest effect on the productivity of human resources compared to other hypotheses. Keywords: productivity, productivity of human resources, Saleh plaster company, structural equations. Introduction: The first and most important component of development in any country is human. Human power has a major contribution in economic, social, cultural development, etc. As the axis of development, humans play a fundamental role in all fields. In fact, human power is the most important infrastructure of any group or organization and country, because it is the basis of moving towards development and excellence. The participation of employees in matters and their conscious efforts along with work discipline can affect the level of productivity and its improvement.  The spirit of productivity improvement culture must be instilled in the body of the organization, in which human resources form the central core (Pedram, 1390: 19).

Nowadays, the role and importance of human resources is not hidden from anyone. Among the factors of production (land, human power, technology, capital), human power is the most valuable and scarce factor. Failure to pay attention to the productivity of human power and only paying attention to other factors not only reduces efficiency and effectiveness in the organization, but also increases waste and accidents and creates dissatisfaction in human power (Taleghani and Ahmadzadeh, 2013: 2). Get the minimum efforts and facilities. This desire can be called the desire to receive more. All the inventions and "productivity" of human inventions, from the most basic work tools in the primitive ages, to the most complex mechanical and electronic equipment of the present time, are affected by this desire and passion. In the view of scientific management, with the rationalism of "Frederick and Taylor", foundation is used synonymously with "rational behavior of the organization" or productivity and efficiency, and basically, increasing management knowledge is "productivity and optimal use of available resources and facilities in order to achieve the set goals" (Mirghafouri and Sayadi, 1387: 134).

Due to the limitation of resources and unlimited human needs, population increase And fierce and ruthless competition in the global economy, improving productivity is not a choice but a necessity. Undoubtedly, the economic growth and development of different societies today lies in their productivity growth rate. The effort to increase the productivity rate is the effort for a better life and well-being for individuals and society. In today's competitive world, countries that can create productive knowledge, insight and behavior in their managers and employees will be the winners (Mirzaei, 2012: 1). This desire can be called the desire to achieve more "productivity". Productivity is a comprehensive and general concept, and its increase is a necessity, in order to improve the standard of living, greater welfare, peace and comfort of people, it is considered a basic goal for all countries of the world, and it has always been considered by those involved in politics and economy and statesmen (Shirvani and Samadi, 1377: 1). In order to reduce our country's dependence on the revenues from oil sales, which will end sooner or later, there is no other way but to emphasize and rely more. Our country also has no other way than to emphasize and rely more on its human power in order to reduce its dependence on the revenues from the sale of oil, which will end sooner or later. Among human resources, the share of managers is more than other human factors. Managers act based on their beliefs, opinions and views, and if we want to predict their behavior in a certain context, it is necessary to identify their attitude (Rezaei and Saatchi, 1387: 130). It was with the understanding of this fact that in the second program of the country's economic and social development, directly in the form of Note 35, the issue of increasing productivity has been given special attention by policymakers and economic planners (Qabazi, 1392: 112). With the advent of the industrial revolution, this process accelerated. In this regard, management science researchers focused their attention on improving production methods and then on designing desirable organizational structures and redesigning jobs and other reforms. Management experts and organizational psychologists focused their attention on the factors that affect the increase of human productivity, which today has become one of the most complex topics of management, perhaps it can be said that the main mission of management science is to achieve greater productivity (same source, Taleghani and Ahmadzadeh: 140)

Without a doubt, in order to have a dynamic and developed future and economic standing in today's highly competitive world, it is necessary to increase productivity and make maximum use of minimum facilities. we are Today, all developed or developing countries have realized the importance of productivity as one of the necessities of economic development and competitive advantage. In this way, most of the developing countries have made significant investments in order to spread the culture of a special attitude to productivity and generalize the use of techniques and methods to improve it. In Iran, the importance of paying attention to the category of productivity has been neglected due to various reasons, including the lack of culture and the right attitude towards productivity in the society. Many experts believe that the missing link of Iran's economy is the lack of productivity of the labor force before it is capital or natural resources (same source, Mirzaei: 1).

Today, increasing productivity in organizations is one of the main concerns of the executive directors and decision makers of every country, therefore, in many countries, they have based their development programs on increasing productivity (Vaziri, Mansouri and Adiban, 1385).

So that productivity is one of the most dynamic forces that fuel economic growth. On the one hand, productivity is a factor in improving the standard of living and reducing the inflation rate, and on the other hand, it causes a change in relative prices, an increase in real production, and making the allocation of resources more efficient. In a word, the economic growth of countries depends on the rate of their productivity growth (Azm Vaziri et al., 2015: 2).

On the other hand, the productivity of human resources is considered one of the most basic assumptions of organizational productivity, and any effort to increase the productivity of the organization is meaningless without the productivity of the employees (Vaazi, 2015: 123-122).

The basis of research and the belief of experts; One can expect productivity in other production factors when the factors affecting the productivity of human resources are known at first. Because such a process has many advantages and benefits for the organization. In other words, organizations should identify the effective or accelerating factors in improving productivity and align them with organizational goals by planning and making appropriate decisions. In this regard, experts have found various factors effective on the productivity of human resources.
