    Abstract

Based on the studies conducted, Khuzestan province is important in the country due to having numerous centers for the manufacture and production of various types of industrial goods in 7 groups: metal, non-metallic mineral, chemical, cellulose, food, electricity and electronics, textile, and access to raw materials as well as other resources, but due to the existence of many problems, including non-compliance with technologies New in the world lacks the ability to export these goods. The use of existing technology improves the quality of manufactured products. Therefore, based on the achievements of industrial projects and the existing needs of the region, it is necessary to set up a technology town in the province, considering that in this regard, the Iranian Industrial Towns Company has put the construction of technology towns in Tehran, Mashhad, Tabriz, and Urmia on its agenda. Development, especially in Iran, as well as the estimation of urban and rural population growth in most parts of the country, along with low and medium income structure, employment creation, civil infrastructure, education, health, social services and pollution control is a big obstacle in the way of sustainable economic development. Small and medium-sized enterprises active in the production, service and trade sectors will create most of the jobs if these enterprises and industries are located in industrial towns, they will make good use of the infrastructure facilities and services of these towns, and they will be able to benefit from public and common infrastructure, savings in construction, and shared facilities and facilities, and they will also have access to skilled labor near the industrial towns, educational and research facilities, and other important influencing factors. Since the main discussion of the public and private sectors is to facilitate the construction and maintenance of those industrial estates that can compete at the global and regional level, having the ability to compete in regional, national and even international markets is an important prerequisite for creating sustainable economic development. Education and its role in the development of the organization and its impact on the country's industrial prosperity are not hidden from anyone, and the prioritization of some factors of on-the-job training and off-the-job training is as follows. Development

Education means the so-called agent of giving information and developing the abilities and initiatives of certain people.

Definite and specific definitions of education have been provided, a perspective defines education as a set of planned and anticipated goals for the improvement of human behavior. Others believe that in addition to the performance values ??that each person has in his own society, there is a set of other processes or behavioral forms that are effective in a person's abilities. Using these materials, the following definitions of training can be provided:

Personnel training is a process during which employees or organizational groups who have accepted responsibilities or will accept responsibilities in the future can perform their duties efficiently, and this is a horizontal process that develops their information and work abilities.

Culture and correct decision-making, human behavior and performance, habits and methods, status and respect. Appropriate development and increase of people's ability are referred to educational activities as a whole.

Education or training for the development of the organization's personnel, as the name suggests, is often related to newly employed personnel who must acquire new abilities in order to harmonize with the organization and have the necessary training in line with the goals of the organization or what is necessary for the individual's work needs.

Development is the concept of raising the quality of existing abilities or in other words training people They have relevant information, but due to lack of work experience, they cannot implement this information in the organization, which should be targeted through training, information and knowledge of new personnel in line with the organizational campaign and coordinate the necessary organizational training.

Development has boundaries and should be implemented at a specific time, but development does not know limits and is an unlimited expansion of an activity. Using these teachings, it can be briefly stated that education means a quality that gives a person special abilities in a special action and this action is realized through educational activities, so it is necessary for a person to empower himself.Using these teachings, it can be briefly stated that education means a quality that gives a person special abilities in a special action and this action is realized through educational activities, so it is necessary for a person to be trained in order to empower himself. The concept of development is that a person acquires new information and abilities in different stages of his service or expands his existing information so that he can operate with full efficiency. In this article, both processes are interpreted as education. In this sense, education, development and training can have almost the same concept.

    The importance of education

From a macro perspective, education increases the creativity of society and work efficiency. Education and training is effective in realizing the growth and development and the qualitative requirements of nurturing factors and increasing the abilities of each individual.

    Education objectives

In today's era, the knowledge of the organization, the weight and importance of the objectives of education, the role of these objectives in reaching the basic goals and its effect on the society are examined. In organizations, the ultimate goal is to make a profit. In order to increase the profit of the organization, it is necessary to obtain the best and highest profit in all parts with the finished price of the nozzle. In order to organize production, the most effective factor is education, which should be accepted as a culture in our everyday life. Next to this basic goal, other goals that are expected in education are economic goals, social goals, and individual goals. In our opinion, these factors will double the importance of the issue.

    Economic goals of education

The basic and economic goal of education is to increase production and increase efficiency.

At the levels of the organization or at the level of organizational groups, the working personnel should have seen different trainings compared to the main goal of the organization and they should be trained for the work they do. they give or they will prepare in the future.

This way of working also affects the increase in productivity. This basic economic goal appropriately also has the following set of economic goals:

The information necessary for the work of the employees provides the ability and position of the organization.

In organizations, control and supervision becomes less.

Work accidents are minimized and work trust is increased.

The percentage of errors is reduced and in this connection costs such as maintenance and repair costs are reduced.

Waste of essentials and materials is prevented.

Personnel is coordinated with innovation and development, and in this regard, the total price of the workforce that exists in the production process. are the superior ones that are not able to compete in the global markets, so the main areas of industry and technology, which are referred to as new industries or advanced industries, should be formed around superior technologies in products by providing services. Superior technologies include information technology, new materials, bio-technology, electronics, micro-electronics, nano-technology, aerospace industries and so on. that their share in the industrial production of the world is increasing at high rates.

Statement of the basic problem of the research in general (including the description of the problem and its introduction, the statement of the unknown and ambiguous aspects, the statement of the relevant variables and the purpose of the research):

The era in which we live is the era of rapid changes and transformations in the field of development. In such a way that the growth and expansion of new technologies and very rapid technological changes have caused various changes in the goals and structure of organizations. These rapid changes and developments, in addition to bringing new responsibilities for organizations, have also created a special competitive environment in the field of production and service provision. This competitive environment created in the field of organizations is, on the one hand, the cause of change in the level of customer demands and expectations, and on the other hand, it is also a consequence of it. they have, they must be constantly ready for developments and face changes and think about optimizing their productions by increasing productivity. And based on this theory that every system is affected by its own system, they have to adapt themselves to its changes, because there is no way to survive in this part.
