    Abstract:

    In this research, the level of talent and acceptance of knowledge management in Darya Gostar Container Services and Transport Company of Kish has been investigated. The main purpose of this research is: to investigate the talent level of Darya Gostar Kish company to implement knowledge management. In this research, we have measured the talent level of Darya Gostar Kish company in relation to 5 important indicators in the implementation of knowledge management, which are: technology, support of senior managers, organizational structure, organizational culture and human resources. The data collection method of this research is library, questionnaire and interview, and binomial test and single-sample T-test were used to check the research hypotheses and to prioritize the factors affecting the five mentioned variables from the Friedman test. According to the results obtained, Darya Gostar Kish Company has good talent in the field of technology, support of senior managers and organizational structure, and it is at a low level in terms of organizational culture and human resources, in other words, there is no necessary talent in the field of these variables.

    Introduction

    Knowledge is the first strategic source for companies in It is the 21st century.  Since the use of knowledge management in organizations reduces costs and improves the quality, productivity and usefulness of the organization, researchers and specialists try to find out how knowledge resources can be effectively collected and managed so that the results can be benefited and used as a competitive advantage. Today, organizations pay special attention to knowledge management. Considering that knowledge management is a competitive requirement, it is important for organizations to know whether their organization is ready to accept knowledge management or not?

    Because if there are no necessary prerequisites for implementing such a system in the organization, using such a process will bring nothing but additional costs for the organization instead of being profitable. Therefore, a main and fundamental step before the implementation of the knowledge management system and for the implementation of such a system to be successful is to study and measure the organization's readiness to accept such a system.

    1-1- Introduction

    Progress and development are not things that come about by accident or chance. Nowadays, considering that the competition between companies has become more knowledge-based, one of the important requirements for the progress of organizations and companies is to pay attention to the knowledge management system and create the necessary infrastructure and preparation for the implementation of this system. And transportation and sea container services will be paid. For this purpose, in this chapter, under the title of research generalities, the statement of the problem, hypotheses, goals, and general method of the research has been discussed. In today's world, where the production of goods and the provision of services are highly knowledge-based, knowledge is considered a key asset for gaining a competitive advantage. In a general definition, knowledge management can be defined as a set of processes that oversees the creation, dissemination, and utilization of knowledge, which requires the creation of supportive organizational structures, facilitation of member relationships, and the use of IT tools in the network and distribution of knowledge (Mohammadi Fateh, Sabahani, and Mohammadi, 1387: 14). In fact, the main goal of knowledge management is the optimal use of organizational knowledge to achieve the goals of the organization. The implementation of knowledge management is an important pillar in knowledge management and several factors can influence the successful implementation of knowledge management in an organization.The results of many researches conducted in this regard show that factors such as organizational culture, technology, leadership, organizational structure, and human resources are the most important factors that, if the organization has the necessary preparation and infrastructure to implement knowledge management, they will lead to ensuring that the organization successfully establishes knowledge management and obtains a competitive advantage.

    Today, in large companies, the existence of a knowledge management system seems vital. Daryagstarkish Shipping and Container Services Company is one of the largest maritime service companies in the Middle East. Therefore, in this research, we decided to "investigate the level of talent and acceptance of knowledge management in Darya Gostar Kish Shipping and Container Services Company".

    1-3- The importance and necessity of conducting research

    Knowledge management is the optimization of organizational knowledge in order to achieve increased performance, and today the greatest aspirations of organizations are to define a suitable knowledge management system, implement and manage it in a single way. is successful and this requires the necessary preparation of the organization and its internal and external environment for the successful adoption and establishment of the knowledge management system. Since the Darya Gostarkish container shipping and services company seeks to improve and increase its performance in Shahid Rajaei port and the Persian Gulf area, and as it was said that the result of the establishment of knowledge management is to increase the organization's performance and achieve the organization's goals, this research is of special importance and necessity. 1-4- Hypotheses Research hypotheses: Hypothesis 1 Darya Gostar Kish Shipping and Container Services is technologically talented for implementing knowledge management. Hypothesis 2: Darya Gostar Kish Shipping and Container Services Company is talented for implementing knowledge management in terms of the support of senior managers. Hypothesis 3: Darya Gostar Kish Shipping and Container Services Company is talented in terms of human resources for implementing knowledge management.
