The sample size is 164 people using the non-probability sampling formula and frequency index, frequency percentage and central indexes were used for descriptive research analysis of the data. 1 Introduction:

Since today's world is a world of changing information and knowledge, it is necessary for organizations to acquire the necessary capabilities to operate under these conditions. An efficient tool to achieve these capabilities is knowledge management[1]. In order to overcome the uncertain, complex and dynamic conditions, the only way facing managers is to have capable and efficient human resources, which are the foundation of wealth and vital assets of the organization and will have many benefits for all institutions and organizations. In order to achieve this goal, one should try to empower these forces by examining and using effective factors in organizational behavior and regular (systematic) study of the operations, works and attitudes of the people who make up the organization in order to use them as a treasure in knowledge management.

In order to excel over other organizations, an organization must develop human resources and increase the amount of information and knowledge available. Employees and the knowledge in their heads are very valuable resources for organizations. Knowledge and how to know are strategic resources of the organization that must be managed and developed. Therefore, organizational learning and knowledge production have been given attention in the last few years (Prusak and Cohen[2], 2001).

Knowledge management is not a new thing, human civilizations used to maintain and transfer knowledge from one generation to another in order to understand the past and the future. In today's complex and dynamic environment, the thirst for knowledge is getting wider and deeper day by day. Knowledge that is rapidly changing and spreading outside of organizations. Information technology and the Internet have also created new challenges in the creation, maintenance and sharing of knowledge in knowledge management (Keppen[3], 1998). Meanwhile, the topic of the organization's ethical climate in order to share this dynamic knowledge among today's organizations can be very decisive and influential. Perhaps the lack of attention to this factor has caused the failure of learning projects in organizations and even a barrier to this, and as a result, no knowledge sharing has taken place in the organization and has deprived organizations of a very dynamic competitive advantage. With this description, in this research, the effect of the ethical climate of the organization on the results of knowledge management measures in the organization is examined. In this chapter, the research problem, its necessity and goals are stated, as well as research hypotheses are examined and its conceptual model is presented.

1-2 statement of the research problem:

In the current competitive environment, universities are competing with each other to attract the best students and professors, in this, knowledge is the most important competitive factor. improve their scientific position and remain in the field of competition (Fathullahi et al., 2008, p. 541).

Knowledge management includes all the methods that an organization manages its knowledge assets, which includes how to collect, store, transfer, use, update and create knowledge (Rabitz [4] 2007).

Since knowledge as An individual asset has been noticed in organizations, employees are afraid to share their valuable knowledge capital with other members of the organization because they think that they will lose the benefits from it. Therefore, there may be a conflict between individual knowledge assets and group knowledge in an organization. In order to carry out their organizational affairs, in addition to organizational and legal criteria, organizations need a set of moral and value guidelines that guide them in their behaviors and Administrative actions help and enable a kind of coordination and unity of action in moving towards the desired collective and public way. One of the important factors in the formation of intra-organizational communication and employee conditions is the moral atmosphere, which has a significant impact on organizational productivity. (Alwani and Seyednaqvi, 2011).

Ethical climate[5] of organizations is important for creating ethical organizations and strengthening more ethical behaviors among the members of organizations in the future.

Job performance refers to the degree of performing tasks that complete an employee's job (Byers and Rowe, 2008, p. 216)

Knowledge management and ethical climate and finally the performance of job success are the issues that affect performance. They require a comprehensive and comprehensive approach to the factors involved in them. One of these main factors is manpower. Observance of ethics by the human force can help improve job performance and better implementation of knowledge management. Therefore, in this article, we examine the effect of ethical climate on the results of knowledge management and job performance.

This research tries to measure the relationship between organizational ethical climate (self-interest, social responsibility and professional and legal codes) and the results of knowledge management actions (employee participation in knowledge management, knowledge management attitude, satisfaction with knowledge management), and its effect on the job performance of employees of Gilan University, Payam Noor University, Rasht Branch, and Islamic Azad University. Rasht. The main question of the research is whether there is an effective relationship between the moral climate and the results of knowledge management measures in the mentioned universities? 1-3 The importance and necessity of research: It is the first strategic source for organizations in the 21st century of knowledge. Management experts try to find out how knowledge resources can be collected and managed effectively so that it can be used as a competitive advantage. Universities are among the main centers of knowledge production and dissemination and play a vital role in advancing the scientific level of society. The effective use of knowledge management can also bring economic benefits for universities. Among the sources of income for universities, we can mention the sale of products such as articles and writings, as well as student recruitment. The academic level of a university has a direct impact on the level of students' enthusiasm to study in that university. To the extent that a country like Malaysia expresses one of its government's wishes to be the top international education center in the Asia region, and for this purpose, it puts a lot of pressure on universities to increase the quality of education and their scientific level. According to the Malaysian government itself, one of the basic strategies that the government has taken to achieve this goal is to increase the efficiency of universities through the implementation and application of the knowledge management system (Mohadin [6], 2007).

In the literature on knowledge management, apart from the economic benefits, there are many other benefits for the application of knowledge management in universities.
