Abstract

This research analyzes the role of Bandar Anzali city in organizing the political environment of Gilan province by using descriptive and analytical methods and using questionnaires, studies and field observations. Anzali is in the political organization of Gilan province, and the explanation of the geographical location has an impact on the development of the political atmosphere of Anzali city. In this research, according to Morgan's method, 384 people from the population of Bandar Anzali city were randomly evaluated as follows. More than half of the respondents expressed the role of Bandar Anzali city in organizing the political environment of Gilan province, and they believe that the existence of a free trade zone, beaches and tourism, the role of a port and customs, and the special geographical location of the city are among the influential components of this city in organizing the political environment of Gilan province. And regarding the geographical location and special conditions of the city, more than half of the respondents have expressed the geographical location and special conditions of this city in terms of the influential components in the organization of the political environment of Gilan province, and in relation to the role and influence of the free trade zone, most of the respondents have expressed the influence of the free trade zone in organizing the political environment of the city.

Introduction

The political organization of space, if it is not the most important issue of modern governments, it is undoubtedly one of their most sensitive and important issues that requires the help of political and social factors, history and culture of a society. The issue of political organization of space is so important that it is also used as an indicator for the typology of government systems. Therefore, it can be said that the political organization of space is the division of a territorial area based on homogeneous social, environmental, economic, political and administrative factors and boundaries for sustainable development and for the purpose of playing a political role. Therefore, due to the importance of the political organization of space in the development of their countries, governments are very serious about dividing the space of their land in a suitable and optimal way. The level of authority and decision-making power and the political function of divisional units within the country are largely dependent on the type of government and the political system at the national level. In fact, the political organization of space is one of the issues that a growing country should pay attention to in order to carry out economic, social and administrative planning for the best land and exploitation. As long as we do not have a proper organization, the efficiency of any planning at the national, regional and local levels will be insignificant and probably confused. Therefore, this thesis aims to determine the role of Bandar Anzali city in organizing the political environment of Gilan province and is divided into the following five chapters according to the above.

Due to the importance of spatial organization in development, governments are usually very serious about dividing their territorial space in a desirable and appropriate way. From the time of the formation of the first governments that were governed by tribes to the modern governments of today, the political organization of space has been in the expansion of democracy and sovereignty of each region, and its explanation and impact on the structure of the political space of that region. There are two districts named Chaharfarizah district with 21 villages and Lijarki Hasan Rood district with 7 villages. This city has long been known as the gateway to Europe and currently as the largest port in the southern part of the Caspian Sea, it is of great importance in the political and economic considerations of the region. From the military point of view, the presence of the fleets of the 4th maritime region in this city shows its great importance in the regional equation, and from the economic point of view, with the existence of a free trade zone in the city, it has a special place in Gilan province and the country. Considering the importance of this city in Gilan province from a political and economic point of view and determining the position of each city according to its geographical position in organizing the political space of Gilan province, this thesis tries to determine the role of Bandar Anzali city in organizing the political space of Gilan province. In this research, the political organization of space in Gilan province is as a dependent variable and Bandar Anzali city as an independent variable. 1-2 Importance and necessity of the research The importance and necessity of this research comes from the fact that with the studies and investigations carried out and according to the research conducted in connection with the determination of the place of Bandar Anzali city and its impact on the organization of political spaces in Gilan province is limited and small. Therefore, it seems that by doing this research, the gaps in the researches and researches done in this field will be filled to some extent. Research method in this thesis It is descriptive and analytical. And it has been compiled in a library and document method by referring to books, scientific and research magazines, articles and internet sites. The method of collecting information is from the existing written sources and books of authentic and virtual libraries and documents, the use of authentic websites related to the subject and databases, maps and images of the researched areas. Usually, in every research, the population under investigation is a statistical population that the researcher wants to study about (Moghimi, 2015, 294). In the above research, it is the entire statistical population of Bandar Anzali city.
