    Introduction

Cultural development has led to the self-confidence of the society and this issue itself plays an important role in the formation and cultural identity of the society. Cultural development in the form of giving importance to local and national values, should be able to respond to the spiritual and material needs of the people of their society through cultural and social planning. On the other hand, cultural geography should be paid attention to in the study area of ??cultural development. Geoculture policy is one of the concepts related to cultural development that has been recently paid attention to; The goal of this phenomenon is the development and new and systematic dynamism of society's culture with regard to geographical dimensions. Cultural development is institutionalized and plays an effective role through three main sources of capital, culture, and objectification. Globalization spreads people's lives towards westernization, or in other words, becoming American. Cultural development through the strengthening of local and national cultures has caused it to promote a kind of heterogeneity and diversity in the world in the discussion of globalization. In measuring the development of the province, one should pay attention to the natural, social and cultural conditions and consider some kind of spatial and regional planning system. To improve the indicators of cultural development of the provinces, reduce dispersion, change the priorities of allocation of cultural resources and facilities and infrastructures in favor of more deprived provinces, increase the literacy rate, expand higher education and decentralize the city. It is possible to expand cultural development in Iran. On the other hand, cultural programs have always paid special attention to the youth and teenagers of that society. Therefore, considering the prominent role of this group in the cultural development of society, this research intends to examine the factors influencing the development of Islamic geoculture in students. Information technology challenges the ancient foundation of the culture of societies and brings new threats along with deep inequalities in different countries. Anyway, geoculture is a view of the broad subject of geopolitics, so in terms of its nature, it brings the concept of competition into mind, and the effect of cultural encounters on political formations can be called geoculture. The Islamic geoculture of the current movements in the world has created a big gap in the patterns of the systems governing the Islamic countries, and it is no longer possible to control the Islamic world with these systems. Islamic geoculture, which represents the cultural framework in which systems, schools, and ideologies operate and have an effect within its limits, and spread their intellectual premises and foundations not in the national and local limits but in a cultural geography. Undoubtedly, the investigation of the issue of what factors influence education and training The title of the most important culture-building system, it involves and relates to geoculture competitions, is of fundamental importance (Safi, 2010: 54).Therefore, many factors are effective in the development of Islamic geoculture of students, therefore, in this research, the special position of human resources on Islamic geoculture with the aim of influencing cultural foundations based on national and religious identities, in parallel with providing a practical proposal for success in the field of cultural competition, is investigated in order to identify the factors influencing the development of Islamic geoculture of students in the 2nd district of Rasht. This research seeks to answer the question that what are the most important components influencing the development of Islamic geoculture of students? 1-3- The importance and necessity of the research topic In the way of responding to the problems of society and producing indigenous science with an Islamic approach, it is not enough to focus only on theoretical, philosophical, narrative, etc. sources; Rather, it is necessary to pay attention to cultural experiences (especially Muslims) in that area. At least the result of the scientific and systematic study of historical and cultural experiences is that it provides the researcher with the opportunity to set an example or teach a lesson. A reflection on the origin of the theories proposed in the field of Western humanities (especially in fields such as management, economics, media studies, etc.), indicates that many of them are the result of reflection on the successes and failures that have occurred in various personal and social fields. The production of cultural and religious products is the concern of many policymakers and cultural officials of the country, and a large part of the credits and resources of the country's cultural organizations are spent in this field. The study of the causes and factors of the relative success of the revolutionary cultural activities in the first years of the revolution can help the country's cultural officials in adopting appropriate cultural policies. The realization of the Islamic Revolution was the result of a deep cultural transformation in the society. (Imam Khomeini, 2013: 240) One of the most important characteristics of pure Islam, especially compared to conventional religiosity before the revolution, is that it is not limited to regulating the spiritual relationship of an individual with God, but seeks to organize monotheism in all areas of individual and social human life. Therefore, he calls his believers to fight for the realization of this problem. In other words, after the Islamic Revolution, "idealist spirituality" was replaced by "isolationist spirituality". During the rule of the Pahlavi dictatorship, due to the closed cultural policies of the regime and its security authority, it was not possible to access many intellectual-cultural works and productions for the general public. With the victory of the Islamic Revolution and the collapse of the dictatorial system, the cultural demand accumulated over the past years suddenly became real. Considering the conditions that have arisen and emphasizing the fact that young people and especially the students are the future managers and statesmen of this frontier and world, it seems necessary to investigate the factors affecting the development of geoculture in this segment.
