    Introduction

Today, mass communication tools have become an integral part of people's lives, people need accurate, comprehensive and clear information and data to make optimal decisions, which they usually get from the media.

One of the special functions of mass communication media, Continuous and daily broadcast of news. In fact, it can be said that the dissemination of social events is the basic task and role of mass communication media. News that is categorized as awareness programs is becoming more important every day. At the same time as the importance of news grows, the methods of presenting news programs also undergo changes.

Despite having the important, powerful and attractive image element, television plays a very important and valuable role in delivering news.

Today, due to the great influence of television on the audience, the tendency of the news media towards this type of news is more evident and tangible.

Describing how, why and the effects of an event through the presence of the reporter on the spot and the use of imaging methods through a descriptive report, using the information of people with interests, witnesses or officials, the sounds of the environment, documenting information by obtaining it from the officials and those present, paying attention to small and sensitive points, highlighting them naturally, preparing a report with the characteristic of liveness, creating attractiveness, observing brevity and using appropriate television tools to present a favorable report of It is the characteristics of television news report.

News photography should be based on the professional principles of photography and serve to convey the message and be more effective and in line with the trust of the audience. In addition, the choice of the subject, angles and rotation of the camera should be artistic and accurate and in line with conveying the message to the audience.

Each news media must have certain characteristics in order to attract and depend on a wide audience. Among other things, to present the messages in beautiful, attractive and reliable forms and according to the needs of the audience and the goals of the organization. 1-2- Statement of the problem The existence of different news media and the emergence of different satellite networks, provide hot competition to attract the audience by providing new information methods to win the trust of the audience, and in this competition, the national media, especially the news of the provincial networks, should provide their audience with correct and professional news. keep Undoubtedly, a media can continue to exist if the audience can trust it.

In the discussion of media, one of the decisive factors in attracting the audience and maintaining it against the media waves of competitors is the role of gaining the trust of the audience in the media, and if in the current three fields of communication facilities, namely "computer communication", "telecommunications" and "mass communication", it lacks credibility or cannot gain the trust and support of the masses of people, they will lose their credibility and continue to survive. Motamed Nejad, 1355).

The issue of audience trust in the media is very important and this trust is more important and effective in the field of news than all other sectors, and in fact, news reporting is the backbone of many information and communication sources, important and influential.

The level of people's trust in the media is a function of the credibility of the media. Dissemination will be restored.

If a national or public media, even at the level of local news, has unprofessional, selective and directional functions, ignores the needs of the audience in paying and reflecting the realities of the society, it will lose its credibility and both the media and the system will be affected by a crisis of distrust of the audience.

Therefore, if the audience's trust is taken away from the method of news reporting in the local media and local news, willingly or unwillingly, a suitable field will be prepared for rival media, both domestic and foreign, and the people's desire for foreign media will expand. address political, cultural, social and religious values ??and by broadcasting and producing appropriate and useful programs and paying attention to the audience's news needs, help to attract and increase people's trust in the national media, and in general, be effective in people's approach to the political system and trust in it.

In this research, an attempt has been made to determine the views of the citizens of the southeast of Tehran province regarding the strengths and weaknesses of news presentation and the credibility and acceptability of the media and the level of people's trust in the 18:30 news section and the factors influencing the audience's trust in the news of the cities of the province. Tehran has been examined and the desired and required methods of the audience of the cities of Tehrani province have been obtained. Is there a balance between the news of the city of Tehran and the cities of the province? What kind of news do the citizens want to be broadcast to them and what factors affect the trust of the audience?

1-3- The importance and necessity of research

The media have their own policies and guidelines that their officials and managers base their activities on. It gives a better knowledge and understanding of the living environment and the fulfillment of individual and collective needs. A person can continue his life with complete awareness of his rights and responsibilities, with comfort and peace.

The needs of news and accurate and correct information are one of the main decision-making factors on behalf of the audience to use media products and services. Merton and Lazarsfeld in their famous article titled "mass media and people's taste and organized action" present the function of the media well.
