    Abstract:

    The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the relationship between job burnout and emotional divorce among managers of the Mining and Trade Organization of Hormozgan Province. The method of this research is descriptive, survey and correlation, and it is practical in terms of purpose. In this research, due to the small number of the statistical population, all 30 high-level managers and 150 middle and operational managers of the Mining Industry and Trade Organization of Hormozgan Province have been selected as a statistical sample. The tools used in this research are Goldard's job burnout questionnaire (1989) and the emotional divorce questionnaire created by the researcher. After the preparation of the questionnaire and the approval of the professors and permission of the university, the Organization of Mining Industry and Trade of Hormozgan Province was referred, and the questionnaires were given to the managers of that organization, and after collecting, they were analyzed using SPSS software, and the following results were obtained: There is a relationship between job burnout and emotional divorce of managers. There is a relationship between the components of job burnout and emotional divorce of managers.

    Abstract

    The present study investigated the relationship between burnout and emotional divorce between directors of industry and trade of the province was done. Descriptive and correlational survey methodology and the target is applied. The population of this study is the small number of all 30 managers and 150 middle management and operation of industry and trade of the province are sampled. The instrument used in this study Gldard Burnout Inventory (1989) questionnaire is an emotional divorce: Is there a relationship between burnout and administrators emotional divorce. Among managers, there is emotional burnout and divorce.
