Maslach, which has 22 items, and Cronbach's alpha coefficient was calculated and its reliability was calculated as 81%. The statistical population of the current research is all the teachers of Yazdast city, whose number is 3934, through Morgan's table and according to the ratio of the number of teachers in each region, 600 people (300 men and 300 men) were selected as the research sample. The findings of the research showed that the free time of teachers was between 2 and 3 hours a day. According to the order of priority, watching TV, studying to reach children were among the leisure activities of the teachers. Teachers stated the reason for not engaging in sports is lack of time, lack of motivation and boredom. Most of the teachers engage in sports activities in their free time. The main motivation of the teachers to engage in sports was physical health, physical fitness and mental health. The place to do sports is the club and home. Introduction

Man's increasing access to new technology and finding simpler solutions has caused, since about 140 years ago, unemployment times to increase by about two times. On the other hand, pollutions The environment, the complexities of social communication, the increase in the factors of job pressures and the economic constraints of modern life have made human physical and mental health vulnerable. Among the new concepts that have found their real meaning with the emergence of various technologies and the industrialization of societies in people's lives, is leisure time and how to spend it. Recreational sports and sports related to leisure time are among the most suitable and perhaps the most necessary types of leisure time in the present age. (Krimian, 2007)

Leisure can play a powerful and at the same time dual role in the evolution of the cultural level of society, in the sense that it can be related to the intellectual and practical needs of humans, social compatibility or incompatibility, and cultural progress or backwardness. Leisure activities can compensate for the physical and mental injuries caused by the constant excitement of work and performing social duties by relieving fatigue and getting rid of the boredom caused by the monotony of daily work by having fun and providing an opportunity to develop one's mental and psychological, physical and emotional talents. Therefore, leisure activities can promote the culture of society or its downfall. In the same way that work frees young people from guilt and depression, leisure also adds to their vitality, happiness and freshness and strengthens their will to continue life. Therefore, instead of filling free time, you should think about filling it. Otherwise, willy-nilly, some valuable parts of human life will be lost in the valley of emptiness. Today, as a result of parts of the valuable human life, also as a result of increasing the amount of free time in the lives of people, especially young people, a kind of entertainment ethic has emerged and intensified the identity crisis. Therefore, managers should be aware that they should target leisure time in society. Recreational sports with sports related to free time are among the most suitable and perhaps the most necessary types of spending free time in today's era. (Krimian et al., 2007).In fact, spending free time by doing sports activities is one of the most common ways in the world. Numerous researches have found a correlation between the level of general physical fitness with mental health, physical health, stress, job burnout analysis and their aggravating factors. Various fields such as psychological, physical and family have a bad effect. Decrease in the production of professional dissatisfaction, increase in accidents and errors and decrease in general health of people are among the signs of stress. Although many jobs are associated with mental pressure, but people working in these professions know how to deal with stress-causing pressures despite the stress-causing stimuli that they face on a daily basis and know how to avoid the harmful effects of these stimuli. But some of these people have the necessary ability and possibility to cope and they do not escape from stressful stimuli and are always exposed to stressful stimuli. Saatchi (1376). Also, the attention to occupational stress and the study of this category has been increasing because the prevalence of occupational stress has increased the occurrence of psychosomatic diseases, such as blood pressure and digestive problems. The World Health Organization (1987) announced that 90% of employees are dissatisfied with their jobs and believe that their jobs are not in the direction of their life goals, and 75% of people who need psychiatric counseling because of lack of job satisfaction and inability to perform their work. Every job is associated with stress, but some jobs are very stressful due to the sensitive nature of the tasks and responsibilities. The profession of teaching and teaching is also mentioned as a particularly stressful job. Job burnout is one of the results of various types of stress, which appears in the form of physical symptoms (headaches, stomach ulcers), psychological symptoms (depression, anger) and behavioral symptoms (lack of work and absenteeism). (Roshan, 1390)

The concept of job burnout was first introduced by Freudenberger in 1974. He considers burnout to be a state of fatigue and failure that is caused by communication and job relationships that do not lead to the desired result. (Mohammadi et al., 2013) Burnout is one of the psychological symptoms and is mostly seen with jobs that involve many hours of contact with people. Psychological syndromic burnout consists of three axes: emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, feeling of personal inadequacy and has complications such as: chronic fatigue, sleep disorders, various physical symptoms, negative and pessimistic tendencies towards colleagues and clients, feelings of guilt, decreased job performance. Free time means free time from work and free time from worries. The weekend holiday is a memorable day that at least the workers around the world are waiting for it to arrive. Leisure is an experience that a person chooses when he is released from the requirements of daily work based on his personal needs and interests, voluntarily and according to his needs and tastes, so that his body, mind and personality have the opportunity to grow and develop. Leisure gives a person the possibility to start working with double strength and power by restoring the lost energy and power. For this reason, how to spend leisure time is considered a necessary need and various institutions of society are trying to turn it into a purposeful, principled and planned process. Constructive practical planning to spend leisure time can lead all members of the society, especially teachers, to more energy, a fresh spirit and a creative attitude. At the same time, neglecting this may also cause a decrease in motivational energy and result in job burnout.

Leisure time should meet the inner needs of humans and free them from constraints. During leisure time, a person is free from determining the type of activity by others, which differentiates it from work. In a way that a person literally behaves as he wishes. According to what was said, leisure time is one of the vital issues in the dynamics of the education and upbringing process, and paying attention to this issue can unlock the bottlenecks and the key to solving its problems, and finally, a strategy for planning to fill the time. Their leisure is desirable and worthy.
