In order to reach the above goal, 132 employees were selected randomly to answer the research questionnaires. Three questionnaires were used in this research, which were Brozensky's Identity Style Questionnaire (1989), Baran's Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire (1997), and Smith, Kendall and Hevlin's Job Satisfaction Questionnaire (1969). The data obtained from the questionnaires were analyzed using Pearson's correlation coefficient and regression. The result showed that there is a significant relationship between identity styles, emotional intelligence and job satisfaction, there is a significant relationship between identity styles and job satisfaction, there is a significant relationship between the dimensions of emotional intelligence and job satisfaction, identity styles can predict job satisfaction, emotional intelligence dimensions can predict job satisfaction. Keywords: identity styles, emotional intelligence, job satisfaction. Introduction

Human power or The human factor is undoubtedly the noblest, most important and valuable factor among the different production factors and sources. The human factor in the organization includes all the people and employees working in the organization, including managers, specialists, experts, employees and workers in different job categories.

The role of human resources in advancing society's affairs is of great importance and is considered the most effective pillar of economic, social and cultural developments. Economic and social developments also make it inevitable to equip committed, expert, skilled manpower and increase his continuous skills. Human efforts have always aimed to achieve the maximum result with the least available facilities and factors. These efforts can be called achieving higher productivity (Powell and Mayer[1], 2009).

Emotional intelligence can be another effective factor in people's happiness and vitality. Throughout life, a person needs an intimate and friendly environment to support him and in order to maintain his physical and psychological health and adaptability, he needs coping methods, some of which are officially provided by counseling institutions and mental health centers, and some are provided by friends, neighbors, relatives, peer groups, etc. Researchers believe that emotional intelligence[2] prepares people to deal with problems and strengthens positive and adaptive behaviors. Also, emotional intelligence refers to the subjective feeling of belonging, being accepted and loved, and creating a secure relationship for each person, the basic features of which are the feeling of intimacy and closeness (Branwell and Schumacher [3], 1981; quoted by Qalati, 2010). In addition to emotional intelligence, another factor that affects human power is identity styles.

Identity is a mental representation of oneself, and people differ from each other in the use of styles according to the use of cognitive and social processes and self-made theories to solve personal problems and decisions. These styles are the ways of processing information and dealing with the problems caused by the identity crisis (Doris[4] et al., 2004).

By examining the cognitive and social foundations of identity styles, Berzonsky (1990) hypothesized three informational, normative and confused/avoidant styles. People with an informational identity style actively and consciously search for information and evaluate it, and then use appropriate information (Brzezunsky, 1990). Normative style: It is based on imitating and following important people in one's life. People with a normative identity style approach identity issues and decisions in accordance with the expectations and orders of important people and reference groups. They automatically accept and internalize values ??and beliefs without conscious evaluation; They have little tolerance for facing new and important situations and show a high need to keep their structure closed (Brzezunsky, 1992). Confused/Avoidant Style: Symbolizes evasive approach to problems.Emotion-focused strategies that are associated with a low level of commitment and self-confidence, as well as instability of self-concept. People with confused-avoidant identity style procrastinate and try to avoid dealing with identity and decision-making issues as much as possible (Brzezunsky, 1990). Job satisfaction reflects the positive and negative feelings and attitudes we have about our job, which depends on a large number of work-related factors, and its range extends from where we are to the point where we get a feeling of fulfillment in our duties (Mehdad, 2014). Anaciprianou[5], translated by Jabari et al. 2017).

Therefore, paying attention to the relationship between these three variables in the organization facilitates the achievement of the organization's goals and provides the basis for the organization's competition with the environment.

    Statement of the problem

Job satisfaction[6] is a level of positive feelings and attitudes that people have towards their jobs. When a person says that he has high job satisfaction, it means that he really likes his job, has good feelings about his job and values ??his job very much (Golzari, 2012).  Job satisfaction is one of the most important aspects of people's attitude, which is of great importance due to its many effects. In other words, job satisfaction is the positive or pleasurable feelings that each person achieves by evaluating his job or his job experiences (Moghimi, 2013).

Many factors may affect job satisfaction, among which inappropriate identity style can be mentioned. People who have an inappropriate identity style are usually not satisfied with their life and work, and this factor can lead to a decrease in their job satisfaction.

Emotional intelligence, as one of the variables discussed in positive psychology, has benefits for the quality of marital relationships, income level, fertility, sociability and creativity (Chamorro, Permozik[7], 2007).

Avril (2007) believes that emotionally intelligent people They understand the beliefs and rules that make an emotion meaningful and are able to correctly assess the situation and express their feelings skillfully. If the answer provided is in accordance with cultural beliefs and rules, it is likely to be effective and also intelligent. For this reason, emotional intelligence is a convergent component, that is, convergence towards what is accepted by the culture. In addition to this, two other consequences are also possible: a response or an emotional event can deviate from tradition and conventional rules, and in this situation, a kind of divergence in response presentation can be pointed out. If this divergence includes a non-constructive and negative response, it can be considered neuroticism, but if it includes positive consequences for oneself and others, even in the case of deviation from the norms, it will be recognized as a creative emotional response and event. April [8] (1999; quoted by Fuchs et al., 2007) states that creative emotional responses have different degrees and types: at the lowest level, emotional creativity is effectively used. It includes pre-existing emotions, which are accepted and common in a culture. At the next, more complex level, these responses include modulating and changing standard emotions. In order to better meet the needs of the individual or group, and at the highest level, it includes the formation and growth of a new form of emotion based on the change in beliefs and rules based on which emotions are formed and established.

Identity is an idea and mental representation of oneself, and people differ from each other in the use of styles according to the use of cognitive and social processes and self-made theories to solve personal problems and decisions. These styles are the ways of processing information and dealing with problems caused by the identity crisis (Doris [9] et al., 2004).

The most recent theory related to identity is Berzonsky's theory of identity styles [10]. This view is based on the assumption of constructivism, that is, people play an active role in constructing their thinking about the reality in which they live. In this theory, the differences of people in the use of decision-making processes, problem solving, facing problems, conflict with assignments have been discussed (Brzezunsky, 2008).
