    Introduction

Today, leadership requires different types of skills and flexible methods in order to face the challenges of change and new demands. Security-oriented leadership is a positive relationship based on leadership theory. By creating security through valuing, acceptance, and appreciation, and providing a context for exploration by emphasizing growth, development, and potential, as well as handling tasks and situations through a positive approach, a security-oriented leader provides the context for growth, learning, and innovation in the organization and pushes the organization towards becoming a learning organization. they do In addition to these characteristics, which lead to the improvement of job satisfaction in the organization, servant leaders by developing and training followers, as well as trying to empower them and paying attention to the issue of learning and teaching, facilitate the organization's steps towards a knowledge organization.

Security-oriented leadership takes an approach through which organizations will be able to manage the dynamic between exploitation of existing resources that seem more predictable and known to be linked to innovation and risk change. Therefore, the existence of a security-oriented leader as a safe base to help organizational members in dynamic management between security and attachment of exploitation and innovation, risk and learning exploration is essential.

It is considered as a safe base, it will help his subordinates in developing a sense of self-confidence, autonomy, competence, effectiveness, and self-respect.

    Statement of the problem

School security leadership is a type of leader who can cover his organization as a safe base and represent an effective leader in the organization (Shams and colleagues, 2013, p. 10). Because the possibility of effective activity and cooperation in the organization's environment always provides through human relations with trust. Today, organizations are facing many challenges in the field of technological changes, limited financial resources, limited energy, etc. In such a situation, organizations are trying to achieve factors that will provide a basis for their survival and promotion as a competitive advantage. In the safe search for competitive advantages, they have found that an important factor that can be the source of the organization's development advantage will provide the basis for the organization's growth compared to other organizations. From skilled, committed and with sufficient behavioral security, it is a form of directing appropriate behavioral conditions to the employees, because the behavior of the employees is influenced by the organizational environment and management's interaction with the agents, and this behavior of the manager can have a positive effect on the performance of the employees (Khoshbakht et al., 2013, p. 19). Employee motivation and organizational creativity need leadership. Leadership is a topic that has long attracted the attention of researchers and the general public. The issue that has recently attracted the attention of most researchers is what kind of leadership behavior will be useful in the organizational process. The type of leadership style and motivation in people by the leader is more important than other effective factors in the success of the team or organization. The type of leadership style and creating motivation in people by the leader are of special importance compared to other effective factors in the success of the team or organization. If other factors affecting the success of the team are favorable, but the leadership style does not create the necessary motivation in the followers, it cannot be expected that the team or organization will achieve its goals (Khosrovinejad, 2012, p. 13). The best manager is the one who listens to the employees and motivates them. The components of the impact of security-oriented leadership on the behavior of employees in this research are from the perspective of Shams and Khalijian from Al-Zahra University, which has been investigated. Based on this, the researcher has investigated the status of security-oriented leadership components on the behavior of the employees of the health and treatment network in Behshahr city.

Importance and necessity of the research

Today's organizations and institutions are required to search for real health and perfection and bring the fields of survival, order and growth to themselves. Therefore, in the present era, managers are expected to design, formulate and implement strategies and protect and support the intellectual capital of the organization as intangible assets that include the capabilities and competencies of human resources. Managers and leaders of organizations are expected to have the necessary capabilities to control irregularities and contradictions. They must honestly accept that they are responsible for turning threats into opportunities. The key to their success in this difficult process is to be more flexible in their procedures and methods, smarter in doing things, quicker to make decisions in complex situations, more successful in satisfying customers and clients, and more consistent and reliable in implementing fundamental and extensive changes (Khoshbakht et al., 2013, p. 32). have done In these organizations, in addition to energy, thinking power and creativity of employees are also managed. Under these conditions, not only hierarchical methods of control will not be appropriate, but also employees must show initiative and act quickly to solve their problems and play a role in teams that are completely self-governing (Abbasi, Kurd, 2018, p. 2).

However, in recent years, in a conscious return to the ideas and approaches of leadership personality in a new format under the titles of theories of leadership documents, development leadership, servant leadership and transformational leadership. Afarin has doubled his role in empowering employees. Because entrepreneurial leadership is part of the new paradigm of leadership and represents a process that transforms people and is related to values, moral traits and long-term goals. As Bayham and Wilson believe, managers play an important role in the formation of subordinates' perceptions of their work environments, and empowerment does not diminish the role of managers in organizations, but makes the role of managers and leaders very important in creating an empowering environment (Hasanpour et al., 2010, p. 16).
