Dissertation abstract (including summary, objectives, implementation methods and results obtained):

The main purpose of the research is to investigate the relationship between satisfaction with in-service training in a virtual way and the productivity of the broadcasting organization. The statistical population includes all the administrative staff of Tehran Broadcasting and Broadcasting, which is a total of 9000 people, and the study sample is 368 people, which was determined using Cochran's formula and was selected using stratified random sampling. The collection tools in this research are two questionnaires of human resources productivity of Hersi, Blanchard and Goldsmith and the questionnaire of employees' satisfaction with holding virtual courses. Data analysis in this research was done in descriptive part by frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation and in inferential part by Pearson correlation. The results of the statistical operation showed that with the increase in employee satisfaction from virtual in-service training, the level of ability, understanding and recognition of the job, organizational support, motivation, feedback, credit, adaptability and productivity of employees increases.

Key words: productivity of human resources, radio and television, virtual in-service course

    Introduction

This chapter of the research includes sections of introduction, statement of the problem, importance and necessity of the research, research objectives, research questions, variables. Research and conceptual and operational definitions of variables.

    Statement of the problem

Education is the most efficient tool and the most powerful process available to transfer knowledge and skills to human resources and strengthen them to perform tasks. Considering the daily changes and developments and the advancement of science and technology techniques as well as the multiplicity of jobs and occupations and to prevent the waste of resources, employee training is of particular importance and its implementation requires careful planning and study based on the training needs of employees. In order for the human forces working in organizations to be up-to-date, they must be continuously trained. Employee training is one of the most important factors to improve the system and activities of any organization. Meanwhile, virtual in-service training for employees is important because often in different organizations, employees do not want to leave their place of work to participate in various schools, and this creates serious problems for carrying out organizational affairs and tasks (Talebi, 2005: 27).

The difference between traditional training and training based on the possibilities of new communication technologies is not only in the introduction of technology, but the difference between the two is more in the way of looking at learning. Information technology provides an environment for the learner to actively test his hypotheses and form his knowledge through interaction with various people and sources. In virtual in-service training, it should be noted that the cultural context, the most basic supporter or hindrance of any changes in some societies, socio-cultural characteristics provide a suitable ground for the introduction of new technologies, while emphasizing the essential role of the cultural context to support the entry of technology into the training of employees, its main elements include: the common point of view of group members, the level of access to technology, the professional competence of trainers, technical cooperation, the type of approach to teaching, and the evaluation of supporting policies should be considered (Shams, 2006: 38). Since in-service training is considered as one of the main bases of employees' adaptability to their tasks and jobs and to be in harmony with the needs of the organization, therefore, the existence of any deviation and deviation in it has questioned the foundation and shape of the educational system and caused many losses in individual, organizational and social dimensions in the form of result models (product, output and consequence) There will be an increase in interest in continuing to serve and similar things. Therefore, the main problem of this research is to find the answer that conducting in-service training in a virtual way can improve productivity in the radio and television organization? Necessity and importance of research The tremendous and deep progress in various sciences and techniques and its effects in various fields and administrative and service activities of institutions and organizations has increased and made it necessary to train and improve the human resources working in an organization.Surveys have shown that the implementation of training courses (in-service) has been effective and increases productivity, on the one hand, it increases efficiency and increases the ability level of employees, and also improves performance and prepares them for more important responsibilities in the future.

However, the implementation of short-term training courses in a face-to-face manner has had problems, and also with the advent of computers and the facilities that it provides, virtual training has grown significantly (Fathi Wajargah and Pashchi, 1390: 59). Therefore, according to the rapid changes that are taking place in the surrounding environment, the implementation of virtual systems in order to provide new services and technologies in the field of teaching and learning has been raised as a basic need.

As a result, the necessity and importance of the subject points to the fact that in-service training is considered as one of the main bases for the adaptability of employees to their duties and jobs and to be coordinated with the needs of the organization, and since the delivery of face-to-face courses has problems and obstacles, and that The virtual trainings have just started and may not have the necessary productivity for the employee. The main goal of the research The main goal of the current research is to investigate the relationship between satisfaction with in-service training in a virtual way on the productivity of the broadcasting organization.
