    Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the establishment of Pars Energy Special Economic Zone on the quality of life of the people of Asalouye region. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive survey in terms of data collection. The statistical population of the study includes all people over 18 years of age in the Asalouye region, and 200 people were selected from the statistical population using a simple random sampling method. The research tool includes a researcher-made questionnaire and an information recording sheet. Bartlett's factor analysis method was used to examine the questions of the questionnaire. It was 0.846, which indicates that it has sufficient content coherence. The results of the statistical analyzes show that the establishment of the Pars Energy Special Economic Zone has had the greatest impact on the environment and economy components and has a relative impact on other components as well. Keywords: quality of life, economy, environment, culture, health, education. Introduction Industrialization is considered as an important and efficient tool for developing countries. In today's era, the effort to industrialize developing countries has become one of the movements of the world, industrialization is one of the basic ways that developing countries hope to get rid of problems such as poverty, lack of security, excessive population density and spatial inequality issues (Khatami, 2019, p. 32). It is petrochemical. Iran ranks second in terms of having gas reserves in the world after Russia, and the gas reserves of the South Pars Basin constitute almost a third of it (Mohammadi, 1379, p. 35). Iran is also among the countries that have this divine gift, and one of the important poles of this industry is located in the Asalouye region of Bushehr province. Bushehr is located in the geographical area of ??Kangan city, and it is about 105 kilometers away from the South Pars gas field, which is located in the middle of the Persian Gulf (next to the North Dome field of Qatar) (Wikipedia website).

In the past, the view that was given to industrial development was only an economic view, and indicators such as culture, health, environment, knowledge and education of the people were ignored, while these indicators are considered to be the basic components of a good life.

Quality of life is a person's perception of his life situation in the framework of cultural and value systems in which he lives and is related to his goals, standards and concerns. (Moradi, 2012)

This research, by examining this concept and its related indicators, seeks to investigate the effect of the establishment of the Pars Energy Special Economic Zone on the quality of life of the people of Asalouye region.

    1-2- Statement of the problem

The country of Iran has 137.5 billion barrels of oil reserves, equivalent to 11.4% of the world's proven reserves after Saudi Arabia, the second place in the world, and in terms of gas reserves, with 28.3 trillion meters, it is one of the first few countries in the world. Iran is the largest independent source of gas in the world and is located on the border between Iran and Qatar in the Persian Gulf. The reserve of Iran's sector accounts for about 7% of the world's gas reserves and 38.6% of the country's gas reserves. This gas region is of great importance due to its impact on the country's economy, but this importance and value has caused a change in the quality of life of the people of this region.

Many evidences show that in Asaluyeh in particular and in the rest of the regions where the oil and gas industry has developed in general, the state of health services, education and higher education, the economic prosperity of urban services and many of what are considered indicators of prosperity in the world today have improved. (Fazli and Talebian, 1389, p. 1) But it seems that the establishment of Pars Energy Special Economic Zone in Asalouye region has also caused problems in the region. The evidence shows that environmental problems and public health risks are among the most important problems in the region. The entry of a large amount of polluted wastewater from companies operating in the region into the sea can have devastating and destructive effects on the marine ecosystem and subsequently affect public health. Research shows that the release of waste gases from fixed sources such as flares and chimneys and. to the ambient air, due to the abundance and accumulation of these sources in the region, it has caused air pollution (Mousavi, 2013), which can cause many risks for people's health. Among other environmental problems that have arisen, we can mention the large production of industrial and urban wastes caused by the establishment of industries and residential areas and their lack of proper management.

It seems that with the establishment of industry and the arrival of immigrants from other parts of the country in the region, there have been changes in the cultural and social status of the region. Cultural, environmental conditions and socio-economic status of people in this region?

1-3- Importance and necessity of research

Iran is a developing country where various economic projects are constantly implemented in its different regions. Not considering the sustainable conditions for the quality of life of the people of that region causes the healthy life of the residents of the implementation areas of these plans and also the sustainable development to be threatened. including health, environment, cultural facilities, social economic status and education and so on. can be named. Although the industry and its development has brought growth and prosperity in various aspects of human life, especially in the economic and material dimension, but since the economic development of the countries in its early stages has not paid attention to environmental considerations, it has caused severe damages to the environment. During the construction and operation of industrial facilities, a large area of ??residential areas of native people are affected by the facilities established. Considering all the effects of industrialization and the establishment of industry in different regions, it seems necessary to improve an industrial region from all aspects, not just the economic aspect, and prevent bad effects through research and delay in these issues. In this research, the researcher aims to investigate the effect of the establishment of the Pars Energy Special Economic Zone on the quality of life of the people of this region.
