Dissertation for receiving the master's degree "M.A". Without usury, equipping and allocating monetary resources is a part of the main task of the banking system. Banks must continuously provide new services according to the changing needs of the society because the growth and development of a bank primarily depends on the increase in the amount of resources and in the later stages the allocation of those resources. The purpose of this research is to evaluate and investigate the factors affecting the provision and allocation of resources according to importance and priority in bank branches (case study of Parsian Bank). The research method used in this study is a descriptive analytical method. In terms of the relationship between the variables, the current research is a correlation type and a sub-branch of regression analysis. The statistical population of this research includes 60 branches of Parsian Bank out of 164 branches in Tehran province, whose information was available, and its time range is from 1388 to 1392. The data required for this research has been extracted through the financial statements of Bank Parsian branches in Tehran province, as well as referring to some of the mentioned branches. The statistical method used in this research was multivariate regression for the main hypotheses and univariate regression to test the secondary hypotheses. The statistical data of this research was collected for the branch during 5 years and we tested the research hypotheses using spss software. Our basis in this research was to equip resources, deposits received from customers and to allocate resources for payment facilities to customers. The results of this research show that the factors of branch liquidity, branch cost, number of personnel, branch level, as well as the quality of services provided by the branch are effective on the equipment and allocation of banking resources. In this research, the dependent variable of equipment and resource allocation and independent variables include: liquidity management, cost management, the variety and quality of banking services, and the number of customers, factors and physical conditions (ranking of branches), which is trying to reach the objectives of the research, which is the type of relationship between the variables.

Key words: bank, staff skills, variety and quality of services, physical factors and conditions, number of branches, deposit, granted facilities, liquidity management, cost management Introduction:

"The title of this research is the investigation of factors affecting the equipment and allocation of banking resources of Parsian Bank". Effective factors are factors that are effective in increasing customers, attracting and allocating financial resources, and their use increases the number of bank customers.

Attracting and allocating resources is one of the key, fundamental and strategic goals of banks and credit financial institutions. And it plays a special role in providing the services of banks and is considered an important indicator in evaluating the success rate of banks.

Today, compared to the other two sectors of the economy (industry and agriculture), a significant share of the entire economy belongs to the service sector, and in the service sector, banks and financial and credit institutions have a prominent and privileged role. Any activity that requires the acquisition of capital and financial resources undoubtedly requires the involvement of banks and financial and credit institutions. Therefore, with reference to the said content, the importance of addressing this issue can be clearly stated that banks can play an important role in the economy by equipping resources and ultimately by allocating resources. Equipping and allocating resources has always been one of the main tasks of the banking system. By collecting surplus funds and giving loans to applicants, banks perform their traditional role of mediating between depositors and borrowers. Usually, in the activities of a bank, attracting financial resources is very important, because success in this field can be a factor for success in other fields, especially the allocation of resources.

In modern banking, there are many components that affect the process of equipping and allocating monetary resources of banks and financial institutions. Identifying and determining the degree of influence and type of connection of these components with the success of banks in equipping monetary resources is an important category. Today, the conditions and positions of financial institutions and banks are not the same, and the factors affecting the provision and allocation of monetary resources may be different even for each branch of a banking group.Today, the conditions and positions of financial institutions and banks are not the same, and the factors affecting the provision and allocation of monetary resources may be different even for each branch of a banking group. The components of information and communication technology, the skills of the human force working in banks, the variety and quality of banking services, customer satisfaction with employees and the desirability of the internal environment and the location of branches in modern banking are important tools that are used for the optimal absorption of monetary resources and their allocation.

    Issue:

Although factors such as the industrialization of societies, expansion and transformation in social activities and as a result the emergence of new needs are important and effective factors in the creation and expansion of financial institutions. have been, but economic development and progress are also considered one of the most important factors in the expansion and transformation of these institutions. In fact, financial institutions have been formed to facilitate the progress of other economic institutions, and therefore it can be said that the existence of advanced financial institutions and markets along with the use of modern methods is directly related to the degree of development of a country. In this situation, attracting more resources and allocating these resources is one of the issues that has been and still is the concern of financial and credit institutions (Razani, 1389).

Banks are considered to be the main pillars of financial markets as an intermediary of monetary resources, along with investment institutions such as the stock market and insurance. They are one of the important factors of monetary policies and executives for the economic decisions of the central bank. Apart from helping to stabilize the economy at the macro level, banks also play an effective role in regulating economic sectors by issuing and expanding bank credits and directing funds from one sector to another. Due to the lack of necessary development of the capital market in Iran's economy, banking is more important and in practice these banks are responsible for long-term financing.

In this research, the effect of the number of branches, the geographical location of the branches, the variety of banking services, the skills of the employees and the satisfaction of the customers in attracting and allocating the banks' resources is of particular importance. And that banks with a reasonable number of bank branches and having active human resources with high skills and a suitable geographical location of the branch can achieve their goals by interacting with real and legal customers. And by providing services such as providing various facilities and receiving various deposits, they can also increase their profits. Unconsciously, its effect on market share and profitability is also brought up, so the increase in the number of branches will make banks have more customers and more market share, and ultimately more profitability. So, with a general view, it can be concluded that each of the mentioned variables can have its own impact on equipping its resources and expertise.

    1-2-1 Research questions:

1: What are the effective factors on equipment and resource allocation?

2: What are the appropriate strategies to increase resources and allocation.

1-3 Importance and necessity of research:

The expansion of global markets and the increase of competition in financial services markets have affected the profitability of this industry. Considering that profitability is one of the important functions of the bank as a financial intermediary and since a profitable bank has more power to deal with negative market shocks. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the profitability index as one of the performance evaluation indicators in banks and the importance of its role in the decisions related to how to equip resources, financing and also how to allocate resources. Therefore, banks should examine the factors related to the profitability of their branches to increase their competitiveness and adapt to the changes in the macro environment. 1-4 Objectives of the study: 1-4-1 Practical objective: To be used in the research and development of the Parsian Bank market in order to achieve the goals in the field of attracting and allocating resources. and the allocation of bank resources 2: Provide appropriate solutions to improve the performance of bank branches 1-4-3 sub-goals: 1: Investigate the state of equipping and allocating bank resources 1-5 research innovation In similar researches, most of the factors affecting the attraction of resources have been examined, and in this research, in addition to equipping, the allocation of bank resources has also been examined.
