    Foreword:

The historical texture of Bushehr city is one of the most valuable historical textures of the country, which is unique in its kind. This fabric is derived from the customs and traditions and rich culture of the warm-hearted coastal residents of this region of Islamic Iran. A culture that has been so rich that by dealing with other foreign cultures throughout history and accepting different ethnic groups in its land, it has still preserved its native color and flavor. In the meantime, we should not ignore the influence of other cultures on the richness of this multi-ethnic and national culture. In the meantime, in the past years, I have witnessed the gradual loss of this valuable cultural heritage, and as one of the natives from this region, I have been looking for a way to inject life and past prosperity into this part and introduce this great heritage to other communities. The upcoming research is an attempt, although brief, but with a much higher horizon to realize this matter. It is worth noting that the concern about the historical context of Bushehr has not been raised for the first time, and other people are also trying and researching a way to do this important thing in this way and in different aspects. I know it is my duty to the employees of the technical office of preservation and restoration of cultural heritage of Bushehr province, to the Iranology Foundation of Bushehr branch for providing various information and sources and for allowing me to interview Dr. Mashaikhi and his respected assistant Dr. Mozafarizadeh, to Dr. Jahanbakhsh for guidance and to Dr. Ali Kolivand who is one of those who have a common concern for the restoration of this valuable tissue and who helped me in doing this task by providing me with unlimited experiences and information, Mr. Masoud Pourgholam is one of the old residents of Bushehr and has a lot of information related to the historical context during an irregular interview and the honorable residents of Shanbadi neighborhood. Based on the timing and planning, the research structure became a six-month structure where the first month was spent collecting information and documents in the form of a library, and in the next two months we collected field information and field observations. After collecting information for two months, analyzing the obtained data based on a logical method – It was rationalized and the final decision was made according to the observations and consultation with the respected professor. The last month, that is, the sixth month, was dedicated to the way of presenting and formulating the data, which was not accepted due to some problems. It is hoped that the current research, although brief and incomplete; There is a long way and a lot of work until the final destination and purpose can be a solution to solve the concerns related to the historical context.

    Abstract:

The revitalization of worn-out urban tissues is one of the issues that can lead to the continued life of the tissue and help preserve the values ??of the past. The old texture of Bushehr city, unlike other old textures of other cities in Iran, has the position of being located in the center and core of the city; And this issue creates a suitable platform for the revival of this valuable tissue. Bushehr government citadel is one of the valuable buildings of this context, which is older than other buildings of the context and has a recorded history. This building is located in one of the oldest neighborhoods of Bushehr's historical context, namely Shanbadi, and is close to and adjacent to many influential elements.

During different periods, the said building has seen different uses, such as the telegraph house, the house of Sheikh Nasr Al, the Golestan elementary school, and the local Basij base. Unfortunately, even now, the old building is being destroyed and if it is not taken care of, it will disappear and join the nearby ruins. Unfortunately, the surrounding ruins have become a place for garbage disposal and a paradise for drug addicts. With an ecological and context-oriented approach, he designs the tourism complex in this part of Shanbadi neighborhood located in four places of the old texture of Bushehr. The selection of the tourism collection is based on the point of view that this city was once the gateway of Iran's connection with East and West, and most of the superpowers of the world had a consulate in Bushehr, and many travelogues and reports of this city were written by Westerners.

    Chapter One:

    Research Overview

    Chapter One:

    1-1-Introduction:

Coastal cities in all parts of the world have great potential for various investments. Due to the connection with other cultures, these areas have an eclectic and rich culture and have many attractions for the people of other places. This point is especially important in the case of ports with an ancient precedent that still maintain their past prosperity.

Busher port with a history of several thousand years is one of the ports that is very rich in terms of cultural richness and has its own customs and traditions, which in many cases have transferred those customs and traditions to other cultures and southern cities such as the cities of Hormozgan and Ahvaz provinces. Customs and traditions such as the way of mourning, music and different beliefs. The historic fabric of Bushehr city is one of the historical fabrics that has a style and the remarkable thing about this historical fabric is that the historical fabric of Bushehr, which forms the center of the current city, was built completely by order (on the order of Nader Shah Afshar to create a naval base in the Persian Gulf), but it has a physical body and an organic structure. A living and dynamic structure that has turned the historical texture of Bushehr into one of the most stable dense urban textures. This issue has shown the awareness of architect Bushehri to the issues of sustainability and climate design.

Nevertheless, this valuable historical tissue like many historical tissues in the world is sick and needs attention and attention, which can include reviving and injecting life and prosperity of the past into the sick body of this valuable historical tissue, a solution that can withstand this historical tissue in today's modern world. Therefore, the current research, which is a concern to bring life back to the dying body of this gem resting on the blue shore of the Persian Gulf, was formed with an ecological approach. In this research, we sought a solution for this problem and found a part of the historical context, which is one of the oldest remaining parts of the Zand era, suitable for this task, and investigated the various situations and potentials of the studied area.

At first, the work began with a concern to find a suitable solution to restore life to the historical context of Bushehr. Questions about how and possible solutions to accomplish this task were considered, then the objectives of the research were determined and the path of the research was determined. In the first chapter, research methods and methods, research questions, research objectives and   the path that the final plan was formed at the end of Amrati were drawn, and then in the second chapter, theories about tourism and its types and the reasons of tourists from tourism were discussed, as well as revitalization and its types, and different cases and types of revitalization in architecture and urban planning were examined, and in the end, different aspects of sustainable architecture and ecological and context-oriented architecture, each of which has aspects of sustainability, were discussed. becomes The third chapter deals with the history and review of the plan and scope of the research from the climatic point of view, accesses, neighborhoods and so on. and the next chapter, i.e., the fourth chapter, deals with data analysis with the method of logical and rational reasoning. The last chapter, i.e. the fifth chapter, shows the analyzes and data studied in the desired context in the form of completed designs, images and maps. 1-2- Statement of the problem: With the increasing constructions in the cities, the valuable and old fabric of the city is gradually worn out and out of focus. This problem arises from the fact that the proportions and dimensions of the cities have changed compared to the past and the roads have been formed especially according to the vehicles and the needs of that time. With the arrival of cars in our country, other dimensions and sizes and proportions were needed. Thus, the face of the cities changed. In such a way that other old and historical textures of the city were abandoned and people moved to other places and the development of the city took place in other directions. In addition to that, the change in people's way of life and the predominance of this thinking that worn out and old buildings no longer have a place for Arabs in today's life cause more and more residents and officials and those involved in the city to be indifferent. to these valuable historical tissues.  The city of Bushehr is not an exception to this rule and the historical context of this city has suffered a lot of deterioration and destruction.
