In the following, according to our goals in this research, the questions, the temporal and spatial scope of the research, and the research method are mentioned. Also, in order for our dear readers to have the same understanding of the issues raised, we defined the key words in this chapter. Of course, in the next chapter, we will explain these concepts and other concepts in a more complete and detailed manner.
At the end of this chapter, we will express some of the problems and limitations that we encountered during the work, especially the field work. In recent years, organizational knowledge management has become one of the important concerns of managers. To face a knowledge-based economy and participate in knowledge-based competitions, every organization must be able to maintain its types of knowledge and maximize its strategic values.
Achieving people's hidden knowledge has obstacles such as:

Unfamiliarity with cultural, technical and organizational barriers to achieving organizational knowledge based on production, acquisition, enrichment and recovery of knowledge
Knowledge Inadequate techniques and methods of transforming tacit knowledge into explicit organizational knowledge. Improving the quality of organizational activities
Also, the implementation of knowledge management creates many challenges for the organization (Davenport[1], 1998), it requires a large amount of organizational resources, various techniques and tools related to them, and it also requires spending a lot of time to achieve success.

Strategic planning of knowledge management is necessary for the successful design and implementation of knowledge management and its systems.
