1-1-Introduction
In today's turbulent and fast-paced world, there are successful and efficient people who benefit from high IQ. Such people overcome the issues and problems of life by using their God-given intelligence. The situation is the same in the organizational world, especially that in the present era, as time goes on, due to the advancement of science and technology and the emergence of new needs and challenges, organizations become more complex and their administration becomes more difficult. This concept becomes more important when we accept that in addition to the huge and creative source of intelligent human beings, intelligent mechanical tools also play a role in the performance of organizations. Therefore, in today's complex organizations, organizational intelligence is the result of active human intelligence and artificial intelligence. Undoubtedly, managers of organizations will have no other way to increase the dynamism and efficiency of their organization than to take advantage of these two intelligent streams. (Hayati, 1385)
1-2-Title and topic of the research
The title of the research is (Investigating the relationship between organizational intelligence and organizational effectiveness in Islamic Azad Universities of Ardabil province)). The main topic of this research is to examine the relationship between organizational intelligence and organizational effectiveness in Islamic Azad Universities of Ardabil province. have spent huge sums in the field of automating organizational processes through the design and implementation of information systems. But now they have turned their main attention to optimizing those processes. The main problem is that most of the time, the information that helps us on how to optimize the processes is stuck in the lowest layers of the organization's executive systems. (Aftab site, 2016). Karl Albrecht[1], the author and designer of organizational intelligence, called organizational intelligence « The mental capacity of the organization to perform a task or an important action. (Albrecht, 2002) defines. In order to succeed in a business (organization), he points to having intelligent human factors[2], intelligent teams[3] and intelligent organizations[4].In order to answer and prevent group stupidity, Albrecht defined organizational intelligence in seven dimensions: 1- strategic vision[5] 2- common destiny[6] 3 – Willingness to change [7] 4- Spirit [8] 5- Alignment and consistency [9] (systems, structure and rules) 6- Expanding knowledge [10] 7- Performance pressure [11]. He believes that an organization that is moving toward its ultimate potential for an all-round development must continuously improve in all seven key dimensions (Albrecht, 2002, 13-12). Today, it can be confidently claimed that the use of organizational intelligence solutions can increase the competitiveness of an organization and differentiate it from other organizations. This solution allows organizations to use the available information to take advantage of the advantages of being competitive and leading. This way makes it possible to better understand the demands and needs of customers and manage the relationship with them. This solution allows the organization to monitor positive or negative changes. Today, leading organizations talk about ERP and CRM. They don't, the approach of organizations is towards organizational intelligence. They seek to optimize processes by evaluating and improving the performance of themselves and their subordinates. Today, increasing the performance efficiency of what has been invested has become more important (Yazdi, 2018). Hersey and Blanchard [13] (1998) believe that success The organization is measured by its products, if the criterion of measurement and effectiveness is attitude (quoted by: Eidi, 2016). Success is the result of obedience and effectiveness is the result of cooperation and interest. Considering that educational organizations play an important and fundamental role in providing expert and effective human resources in all fields, and accordingly, the university (as an example in training and providing efficient and effective human resources in the country) plays an important role, and also the category of organizational intelligence can be considered as an effective factor for the organization. The existing theories and writings in the field of organizational effectiveness indicate that effectiveness is a multi-dimensional phenomenon, but Talcott Parsons defined effectiveness as achieving goals, maintaining and maintaining the system, coherence and unity of components, the ability to adapt and create changes that cannot be measured by one or two factors, which has faced many problems for managers in this regard (Shirazi, 2013; 41). In this research, the meaning of organizational effectiveness has been measured according to Talcott Passons opinion. In this regard, the researcher decided to examine the impact of organizational intelligence on the organizational effectiveness of the Islamic Azad Universities of Ardabil province, therefore, according to the above-mentioned contents, the main question of the research is:
It seems that the employees of an office can play a decisive role in the effectiveness of that organization, so its measurement in the Islamic Azad University can be of special importance.
