Generalities of the research abstract:
In this research, the researcher investigated the relationship between the main variables of the critical factors of the success of long-term work at the organizational/management/employee levels with the organizational performance criteria of the country's tax affairs organization.
The main hypothesis:
The main variables of the critical factors of success have a significant relationship with organizational performance criteria in a telecommuting system. Sub-hypotheses: 1- Support at organizational, managerial and employee levels has a significant relationship with organizational performance criteria. 2- Communication at organizational, managerial and employee levels has a significant relationship with organizational performance criteria. 3- Trust At the organizational, managerial and employee levels, it has a significant relationship with the performance criteria of the organization. Although there are many problems for a remote work system, it seems that remote work is still in its early stages due to its newness in Iran, so its implementation requires extensive research and inspiration from the models of successful countries in this field. Remote work needs to provide the necessary infrastructure, and until the conditions and infrastructure for the remote work project are provided in the country, it is not possible to expect efficiency from remote work. The issue of remote work needs to be managed. The question is if the phenomenon of remote work is to be dealt with as simply as this, or whether it should be addressed through the "remote work" project. Organizations should have the necessary efficiency with mid-term planning in remote work, networks and information systems are formed in organizations, and the required information is provided to people and different organizational units through the information system, and organizations communicate with the outside environment according to the infrastructure provided. We see this trend in international companies. It is in this situation that the virtual space of organizations is strengthened and virtual assistant is defined in them. The fact is that the IT facilities of the country's organizations are at a simple level in terms of infrastructure, and some organizations do not have a proper internal information system, and the speed of the systems is slow, and the weakness of electronic networks in the organizations makes the remote work project not progress in the desired way. For example, in the country of "South Korea" The same network and internet facilities that exist in the capital of this country, the same facilities exist in the farthest villages. But do these conditions exist for our country now? In other words, the infrastructure, facilities and equipment and the slowness of the network will cause the remote work project not to be implemented on time. Isn't institutionalizing this belief a fundamental task? Are managers of organizations optimistic about this work? And are legal solutions defined for this work? If we do not consider these issues and similar cases, in practice we have either not defined an infrastructure for this work, or we want to pursue this important issue with minimal infrastructure. Anyway, experts talk about the individual, organizational and social benefits of remote work and the development of the remote work project in the current situation has received the attention of the government as a solution in big cities, but this project needs planning and work culture, and therefore the haste may cause that the infrastructure of this big project may not be provided as it should be.. The discussion of the necessity of remote working of government employees has been raised for a long time, especially in the capital, and the plan of remote working of government employees has also been communicated to the executive bodies, considering that with the emphasis of the government, government bodies must define at least 80% of their duties and tasks as remote work, and it seems that it has been implemented in some government organizations for some time, but some experts believe that the infrastructure for the realization of this project is not yet available in our country. Therefore, in addition to the haste of the authorities, experts are worried about the consequences of haste in this work. On the other hand, government employees are also worried about the reduction of their salaries and benefits and their income deficit, so this project should be managed and planned in such a way that with the provision of a mechanism, the concerns of employees and managers will be minimized and there will be no impairment in providing services to the people.

1-2 Statement of the research problem
After a year since the start of the country's remote working plan, these days the available evidence tells of a new wave of employees' desire to move away, in contrast to managers' reluctance to enter into this plan. The implementation of the work round in the country was put on the agenda at the suggestion of the former Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, immediately after the approval of the plan by the government in October of last year, Various government agencies were required to implement this plan, in this regard, some agencies started telecommuting for employees without paying attention to the infrastructure, and this action caused negative consequences and resulted in a decrease in the organization's performance.
The challenges that the tax organization is facing recently can be divided into three general categories:
Individual challenges refer to the issues, problems and threats facing remote employees, and in other words, the personal aspect. and remote employees should solve it with or without the help of the organization. The following are the main challenges related to people working away from work:
Lack of suitable facilities (Hardware facilities – suitable software – high-speed internet – peripheral equipment – suitable workspace.)
Reduction of social communication
Social isolation (informal relationships and squatting mode.)
Organizational challenges
Information security (lack of security and weakness in communication networks, the possibility of the information becoming entangled and the life of the organization entangled in the entanglement) )
Management of employees away from work through managers, the lack of a suitable way to manage employees away from work is a problem of the organization, because managers in this case must be work-oriented and replace the time-based principle with the time-based one, which will be a time-consuming change of attitude. Some managers are not looking for such a thing.

Because in this plan, due to less physical presence of employees, it is possible to measure their performance through the quality of work according to the amount of assigned work that is done optimally, at the right time and with the lowest cost. So, this is the first step towards confirming the necessity of remote work plan in today's societies. Today, people's motivational needs have become more necessary, and therefore, meeting these needs is one of the ways to improve management and apply optimal and competent management control, so that in this regard, through attracting the participation and satisfaction of employees, the expert body of organizations has been strengthened The process of doing things is logical and fair and work processes are facilitated.
