    Abstract

    Knowledge in today's advanced world of organizations is rapidly becoming the main competitive advantage and can provide opportunities for organizations that know and manage it well, and at the same time For organizations that do not know or do not want to know the changes in the environment, it is considered as a serious threat. In fact, knowledge management, which has emerged as a key management tool of the new century, is the process of creating, organizing, exchanging and applying knowledge that helps the organization to gain the necessary insight and understanding from its experience. In fact, this research aims to determine the status of the knowledge management cycle in the four circles of knowledge creation, organization, dissemination and providing the necessary preparations for improving quality and effectiveness. Tavanir company is in the direction of achieving the relevant goals. In this regard, the research method used is a descriptive causal type. The statistical population of this research is the specialized mother company Tavanir, due to the variety of tasks, the existence of a sufficient number of highly educated people. In the sampling method, we had different groups of employees, but because it had no effect on the collection of information, simple random sampling was used. The analysis and analysis of information is descriptive and analytical, and the data obtained from the collection of the questionnaire by SPSS software program, frequency distribution tables, binomial test, Friedman test, use of correlation coefficient and use of fuzzy TOPSIS were used to prioritize circles. The results show that there is a moderate difference between the circles of knowledge organization, knowledge application, and knowledge exchange with its desired state, and there is a slight difference between the circle of knowledge creation and its desired state.

    1-1 Introduction

     Knowledge in today's advanced world of organizations is rapidly becoming the main competitive advantage and can be considered as a serious threat for organizations that know and manage it well, and at the same time, for organizations that do not know or do not want to know the changes in the environment. In fact, knowledge management, which has now emerged as the key management tool of the new century, is the process of creating, organizing, exchanging and applying knowledge that helps organizations gain the necessary insight and understanding from their experience. Knowledge management, while solving problems, making decisions, ‌ strategic planning, dynamic learning, etc. It helps, prevents the deterioration of mental assets and adds to the awareness of the organization. The close relationship that exists between knowledge management and concepts such as innovation, learning organizations, productivity and other valuable concepts that are key components of competition and organizational life multiplies the importance of attention and use of knowledge management. Productivity, efficiency, responsibility, competitive ability and innovation of leading organizations in the use of knowledge management is a strong proof that organizations neglecting knowledge management,‌ Sooner or later they will move towards decay and destruction. In fact, in the current turbulent environment where knowledge has replaced capital, natural resources and labor as a basic economic source and is considered a necessary and stable source for competitive advantage, the correct management of knowledge is the key to the survival of organizations. Knowledge management is one of the important and valuable approaches that leading organizations, by establishing it, while maintaining their technical expertise, prevent the loss of vital knowledge that results from the retirement, downsizing or dismissal of employees and changes in the construction of human memory (Nonaka, 1991, p. 96). It manages its knowledge, which includes how to collect, store, transfer, use, update and create knowledge. Knowledge management has gained its reputation through the application of knowledge in order to create coordination in making dynamic changes in the organization and the growth and development of systems to accelerate the adaptability of the system to changes in the surrounding environment.Organizations must be able to create and apply new knowledge and reconstruct existing knowledge to achieve their goals. While knowledge management emphasizes information technology and is defined as management based on technology in many cases, it actually has a concept beyond that. Davenport and Prusak (2000) consider the basic components of knowledge management to include the following: 1-Culture: the values ??and beliefs of the organization's members in the field of information and knowledge concepts; 2- Executive process: how people use information and knowledge in organizations; 3- Policies: solutions to deal with obstacles in the process of sharing knowledge and information in the organization;

    4-Technology: existing information systems in the organization;

    Today, knowledge is considered a valuable and strategic resource for organizations, and post-industrial societies have built their main reliance on access to more and more updated knowledge. The continuous production of valuable knowledge, its organization and dissemination throughout the organization and its use in services and in fact the management of knowledge assets can give the organization countless qualitative and quantitative benefits. Considering the importance of knowledge management and the many benefits of its use in all organizations, this research tries to investigate the current status of the knowledge management cycle in the specialized parent company (as an example) based on the Jashapara knowledge management model, knowledge creation, knowledge organization, knowledge exchange and application of knowledge in the specialized parent company of Tawanir in order to examine the effects of the implementation of the knowledge management model based on experiences and its adaptation to scientific concepts and theories with the aim of continuously improving activities in achieving a small corner of the knowledge management perspective, i.e. Accumulating, organizing and applying what we know to increase efficiency and productivity in Tavanir Company. 1-3 Importance and necessity of research: Knowledge management is considered as an important issue in the management field. This topic is not only considered as a tool or a resource, but also a social structure. It can be said that the process resulting from the transfer and flow of information and awareness and communication is mutual and dependent. One of the important factors affecting knowledge-based organizations is the plans of that organization. It is very important to identify knowledge and manage it in projects. Knowledge management is known as an important contributing factor in most areas of managerial decision-making and control. This research can lead to more recognition and understanding of the concept of knowledge management, knowledge management cycle, circles and other factors related to knowledge management. Therefore, it can have a cognitive function. In addition, this research can be used to introduce the knowledge management cycle, circles and other factors related to it and introduce its advantages and benefits, and provide the necessary attention and motivation to use it in the company, and apply the model, findings and recommendations of this research to solve many of the company's current problems that the use of knowledge management can be fruitful in solving, and to give more power to the competitive environment. For this reason, this research can be considered as having a practical function. The novelty of this topic in management topics, the lack of research in this field in the country's organizations, the need to use the latest topics and recommendations in the management of organizations, and the researcher's interest in conducting research in this field, has led to the selection of the subject of knowledge management.
