This means that the technical factor in the development of e-commerce in the agricultural products export sector of Chabahar and Iranshahr cities is the most important, then the economic factor, then the time factor, then the operational factor and finally the legal factor is important. We are the commercial sector. Each of the owners of economic power, including companies and countries, unions and regional organizations as micro-economic activists, and countries, unions and regional organizations as macro-economic actors, are trying to get a greater share of the privileges, facilities and opportunities available in the world trade area. But the progress of science and technology has brought the situation to a stage where the owners of economic power are not satisfied with the existing opportunities and create new facilities and opportunities by creating the necessary platforms. One of the most important opportunities to facilitate trade and increase competitiveness in the world is the use of new information and communication technology. E-commerce, as the most important product and product of these new technologies, can provide a good opportunity for countries in domestic and international exchanges. Today, with the ever-increasing progress and significant growth of modern communication tools and technologies, and the replacement of many traditional activities, in the trade sector, the movement from traditional trade to modern (electronic) trade, and its share of 20-25% of the total international trade and the forecast of its annual growth rate of about 54%, is a proof of this claim.. In the meantime, more countries have been able to make the most of this opportunity by creating and promoting new technologies and believing in the principle of competitiveness to be present in the markets.
With the various problems that Iran's economy is suffering from, certain strategies have been proposed for the development of the country; One of them is the strategy of export leap, which balances the relative share of the country in the world population and its relative share in world trade, and e-commerce is one of the tools that can help the country and companies in this regard. According to the mentioned cases, e-commerce should be looked at seriously in the country and in the agricultural sector. has seen new approaches. Recently, organizations, especially in advanced countries such as America, have started using electronic commerce through the Internet. In general, the section The main part of business is the exchange of business documents and documents in ready-made formats that can be processed with devices between organizations through computer communication networks. Electronic data exchange can be used for the electronic transmission of documents and documents such as purchase orders, invoices, shipping notices, confirmation of receipt of goods and other standard commercial correspondence.
This technology can also be used to send financial information and electronic payments, which is called electronic transfer of funds. (paper).
Electronic data exchange is a tool that streamlines the way work is done and improves efficiency and productivity, and it can be fully integrated with applications.
Using this tool, traditional business problems such as spending more time, less accuracy, high labor costs and increasing the uncertainty factor are eliminated in this business field. It should be noted because the activity in the field of e-commerce is within the scope of the global village, and as it is known, neither the time dimension nor the place on the activity It affects the business, what is very important is to meet the needs of the customers. Here it is worth mentioning that the satisfaction of the customers is according to the classification or in other words, the grouping is done according to the researches and researches that have been done.
Therefore, what causes the market share or in other words to reach the customers is to meet the needs of the customers, e-commerce which is one of the sub-branches of information technology.
Expansion of web-based functions and business Companies are pleased with the high yield and efficiency by allocating less time and capital than traditional methods, and the interest of institutions will promote it in the international arena.
Iran is one of the countries that has seen an exponential growth in the field of e-commerce in recent years, which is due to a broader view of the use of web and internet facilities in the country. The unique talents of Chabahar and Iranshahr regions in the production of watermelon, banana and date products, the present research aims to analyze and investigate the feasibility of e-commerce development in the mentioned field.
Of course, it is still terrifying and unknown to many, in a market that is based on traditional business-customer relationships and paper documents, and its trustees still prefer abacus over calculators.
