The number of employees in the schools of Sirjan city is 499 and according to the opinion of the respected professor, the number of the statistical population was extracted from Morgan's table and used as the sample statistical population in this research. In this research, the statistical population of 220 employees has been used, and two questionnaires (A Web)  For completion, they were distributed among them and collected in the presence of the researcher and subjected to statistical analysis. For pairwise comparison of factors, as well as HSD (Tukey) test and to determine correlation and non-correlation, Pearson's correlation coefficient tests were used, statistical methods such as t-test, ANOVA, and HSD Tukey and Regression   were used when necessary.

These surveys show that managers who had a higher level of awareness in this field, their decision making was more appropriate than other managers. Pearson's correlation coefficient (p=0.936 and Sing=0.00)

Managers who had a good level of knowledge and information about the planning process, their decision making was more appropriate. (0p=0.679 and 00.00Sing=)

The lack of human resources in the position of policy making, decision-making and decision-making is one of the vital educational issues of the country. In general, the greatest shortage of human resources is in the skills required in the management and strategic planning system of education and training. It seems that the most important step is to carefully and accurately assess the issue of the inadequacy and shortage of specialized human resources in the underdevelopment of education and training. Correctly following this process will help us achieve the (correct diagnosis) because many failures, despite a lot of work and effort, are due to the analysis and misdiagnosis of problems. And the problems of education and training will return. (Tourani, 2015: 8)
