    Abstract:

This research was conducted with the aim of investigating the quality of services of educational and educational complexes in districts 1 and 2 of Ardabil city. In this research, two major questions have been raised, which are the quality of services of educational complexes in the 1st and 2nd districts of Ardabil. 2- Which component of service quality is the priority.

This research is of descriptive case type and the statistical population is the teachers of the schools where the school integration plan was carried out and these schools include cities and villages. The total number of teachers under the plan is 1282 and the sample size in two districts is 696 people who have been selected by regular multi-stage sampling method.

Of this volume, 550 people were for urban and rural schools of district one, 376 people were for urban and rural schools of district two. The necessary data and information were collected through a five-point Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed by SPSS software. The face and content validity of the questionnaire was checked with the opinion of several experts and professors and their reliability was checked by Cronbach's alpha, it was 0.780 in the trial implementation and 0.831 in the final implementation of the questionnaire. In the answer to the first question, which was checked with the t-test, the result of the test in all components was 0.001, which was less than 0.05. There was a very significant difference between the current situation and the desired situation of the teachers.

In response to the second question, by examining the results of the descriptive statistics, it was determined that the first component, i.e. tangible and visible elements, was the priority. Finally, the difference between the groups was checked with the (MANOVA) test.
