1-1 Introduction
The present age has been called the age of information, this naming is because today information has become an inseparable part of human life. The growth and expansion of information and communication technology in today's society has accelerated to such an extent that the amount of attention paid to it is considered the most important indicator of development for developing countries, and they believe that the current era will be a different world in which information technology will play a strategic role (Hallaj, 2014, p. 12). Increasing competition, continued downsizing, high performance levels, globalization and liberalization are examples of vast changes that most organizations are facing today and are forced to shape At the same time, they must be transformed from functional hierarchies to networked and flexible organizations with high performance. In order to overcome these challenges, organizations need to pay attention to information technology as a determining factor, which should be used not only to strengthen operational effectiveness and efficiency, but also to respond faster and continuously to the needs of customers and competitive pressures and more favorable supply through multiple distribution channels and increasing the ability to communicate with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders. In the last half century, modern organizations have increased investment in information technology, because they believe that information technology has a positive effect on organizational performance and effective organizational performance affects customer satisfaction, and finally, it should be noted that today the use of information technology is a common feature of organizational contexts. Currently, information technology shows itself as a vital factor in the success of countless organizations (Shahrstanaki, 2015, p. 16). Therefore, conducting various researches and researches in the field of analyzing the effects of the use of information technology on people's satisfaction in order to improve organizational performance and reduce possible adverse consequences related to the blind use of this new technology by organizations is necessary and necessary. The political demands created by the nations have caused changes in perceptions. The change in citizens' tastes, demands and expectations has caused the change to turn from an endogenous matter into an exogenous matter, and client satisfaction is considered as one of the main and fundamental criteria for improving the performance of organizations (Khaki, 2011, p. 26).Although the development of information technology itself is not a sufficient condition for achieving the information society, it is considered a necessary prerequisite and the key to such development lies in the degree of separation of these technologies from the daily life of citizens and their use. The presence of IT causes the type of filing to change and improve from (paper files to electronic files), answering, receiving complaints, informing customers, etc. (Manourian, 2018, p. 43). Also, information technology increases the ability of the organization in terms of recording, storing and transferring information, etc., and also affects the flexibility, accuracy and speed of their actions (Shahristanki, 2015, p. 19). Many of the investments made on information technology in the third world countries, especially in our country, have not been as productive as we expected, for example, during a report based on the research of the Standish group and correctly named Chatos, it was proven that almost one third of the IT projects do not bring the intended benefits (Yardley, 2014, p. 28). Considering that one of the new strategies of universities in the last few years is the extensive use of information technology, now it should be seen to what extent the University of Urmia and the officials of the Faculty of Agriculture have been able to pay attention to the use of information technology and to what extent they have been able to respond to the needs of students and to what extent the students are able to use information technology and the tools provided in the Faculty of Agriculture. In line with the question that is raised is: Has the establishment of information technology in the faculties of Urmia University been effective in increasing the satisfaction of students? To answer this question, the Faculty of Agriculture of Urmia University has been investigated. 3-1 Importance and Necessity of Research Today, all organizational employees intervene in the collection, maintenance, processing and use of information in some way in order to respond to the needs of their internal and external customers. Undoubtedly, the most important role of information technology in organizations is to remove obstacles in an easy, immediate, cheap way and increase the importance of communication. Information technology makes the organization more efficient, effective and competitive in practice and plays an important role in managing relationships with customers through providing ample and correct information to make decisions about the needs, preferences and satisfaction of customers (Alegh Band, 2014, p. 75). Until now, the category of service recipients' satisfaction has received less attention in the country's administrative system, and executive bodies have often not received feedback from the services provided. Therefore, the use of modern information and communication technologies with the aim of creating efficient organizations and providing services in a fast, easy and appropriate manner has been the focus of brokers in most of the countries of the world in recent years. Understanding the importance of the use of information technology and the role it can play in reforms has prompted the politicians of different societies to provide the institutional and executive platform for the use of information technology in ordering it and establishing relevant policies. Bring them (Faqihi, Yaqoubi, 2013, p. 30). Creating and deploying the information technology system is an effective step in the direction of implementing and achieving administrative automation. Undoubtedly, the realization of this by creating ease in the processes and ways of doing work, in addition to creating satisfaction in the clients of the organizations, will bring significant savings over time. Therefore, the deployment of such systems can benefit the process owners and their applicants (Yar Ahmadi Khorasani 2015, p. 120). Information technology increases the ability of the organization in terms of recording, maintaining, analyzing and transmitting information and affects the flexibility, accuracy and speed of their actions (Deft, Volume II, 1374, p. 563). According to the mentioned contents, this research seeks to provide a systematic framework of the relationship between the use of information technology on satisfaction, and the knowledge of the results obtained can increase the knowledge of managers and employees regarding the effects of information technology on satisfaction.
