    1-1 Statement Problem

In the constantly changing conditions, we also have to change, if not at a heavy price  for not  (Dr. Nordahl, President of the World Science and Productivity Association: Management Message)

Every organization seeks to achieve its goals in the best way. The realization of organizational goals depends on all the factors that interact with each other in the organization, and one of the most important human factors is human resources. Manpower is a complex factor that has different motivations and attitudes. (Reiofi, 2013)

Human power is very important in organizations. One of the important issues that should be considered in any organization is the satisfaction and job satisfaction of its employees, which is considered one of the essential elements of life satisfaction and one of the most important variables of organizational behavior. 1375  )

Technical, human and perceptive skills are abilities that are not necessarily inherent and can be cultivated and are reflected in the performance of a specific task and not in the manager's potential ability. and presents so that it can be used to make the organization efficient and effective in today's turbulent and uncertain world.(Fedai and Adel, 2013)

Management skills in management communication are very sensitive to obtain the satisfaction of stakeholders in all stages of work. 1996)

Management in the general sense has been defined from different perspectives. Marie Parker Falt says: Management is the art of getting things done by others. In this sense, anyone who can do things using the power of others is a manager. In other words, the manager is the coordinator and controller of collective group activities to achieve the desired goal of the organization with maximum efficiency.(Qaraei Moghadam, 1375)

In a more comprehensive definition, management is said to be the coordination of human and material resources in order to achieve organizational goals. (Safi, 1373).

It can be said: Management is a regular activity, in order to achieve certain goals, which is done through creating relationships between existing resources, doing work with the participation of other people, and active participation in decision-making. In other words, the main purpose of management in any organization is to coordinate the efforts of human beings and use other resources to achieve the goals of the organization. In educational institutions, these goals are related to education and promotion of learning. (Alegh Band, 1374) Managers' skills are the ability of managers to move the components of a set to move all components towards the set goals, and the skills of managers are subject to the tastes or behaviors that are not defined by the habits of people. The meaning of skill is the ability to effectively use the personal knowledge and experience of managers, so that every manager can use technical skills (that is, knowledge and the ability to perform a specific task, which requires the ability to use special techniques and tools), human skills (the ability and power to work with people and do work through them) and perceptual skills (the ability to understand the complexities of the organization and imagine all its constituent elements) in the organization. (www.daneshname.roshd.ir)

Inability Managers in using their skills and communicating with employees and other colleagues has reduced the morale of people and it leads to things like anxiety, absenteeism, late work and leaving service and early retirement.

Dissatisfaction and lack of feeling of belonging and loyalty of employees to the organization, delays, absenteeism (mental and physical) and leaving the organization, which in addition to many costs, also affects the morale of other employees. They (physical and mental) in the organization, along with service, is one of the important issues that is the result of dissatisfaction with the job or the organization and lack of organizational commitment and commitment to its foundations, and as a negative behavioral reaction, it also motivates morale, satisfaction and efficiency. It endangers the individual as well as the productivity and effectiveness of the organization.

Employee satisfaction affects their turnover and absenteeism, when employees are not satisfied with their jobs, they don't show up at the workplace for various reasons or they try to find another organization, on the other hand, when employees are satisfied, they show up at their workplace more regularly. In project managers, it has the greatest impact on their management style. (Pent and Barondi, 2008)

Blzer considers technical or hard skills in managers as the missing link, very critical for the success of work (21) Managers in the supervisory and operational categories do not have technical skills, but they need the tasks of decision-making, planning, organizing, setting goals, and determining the policies of the organization, so in this sense, they require a lot of perceptive skills. 1999)

Job satisfaction leads to increased productivity, organizational commitment, physical and mental health of the individual, and as a result, the individual's morale rises and he is satisfied with his life, and he tries to acquire new job skills, and finally his performance is also improved. Identifying the employees and identifying the dynamic and effective skills on employee satisfaction is an important step towards the productivity of the organization. Hasko (2006) states the skills needed for leadership as one of the main requirements of teamwork. Management of managers and also the job satisfaction of employees should be measured according to the management skills of managers. And the effect of management skills on the job satisfaction of employees should be investigated. 2-1 Importance of research: Considering that management skills are one of the main factors in the formation and promotion of the mission and goals of any organization, the identification and analysis of these skills is more and more important.
